Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Coordinating the service was a little tough as apparently they had an overwhelming response from the Angie's List promotion. The first date had to be cancelled when they were unable to arrive within the specified time window. We rescheduled and when they arrived on that second date the work was done quickly and effectively. We would definitely recommend but be careful with promotions in general as many providers seem to get swamped with work and scheduling can be problematic.

The work was great and I was very pleased with what was done.

The service was very nice. This is the second time I've used them. They are very professional and very clean when they work. They made sure everything was good with overflow so I didn't have to worry about it after that. They are the company to go to for roof and gutter cleaning. A friend of mine has used them as well per my recommendations.

The gutters really weren't in bad shape so it didn't take long to complete the task. What impressed me was that one of the nails (that support the gutter) was very loose. They fixed it and did not charge me for the repair job.

Atlanta's Best Gutter did a good job again. They came when they were scheduled. Cleaned out the gutters quickly with no problems. Cleaned up the leaves from the gutters.

They cleaned the gutters. They told me that the back gutter had the drain pipe badly clogged and that it had to be replaced. I knew this was true because when it rained it turned to a waterfall. They did an excellent job. They charged me extra but they resolved the problem. They also showed a picture of a shingle which was partially broken and replaced it.

They were fabulous. They always go above and beyond. They stayed an extra hour just to help out, and did not have to. I have used them many times, and they have been fabulous each time. They clean up well when they leave. It is very important to do that, and is highly unusual to find a group that cleans this well. They show up on time. They usually 2 guys that come out to my house. It normally takes them about 1 hour to finish the work. The cost of the initial estimate always matches the end cost. I would recommend calling them about 1 week in advance of when you need the work done. This is because they are so good, that they can get booked out. They are pretty popular.

Would use them again if price is right. There were no issues.

It went ok. I was impressed by the prompt response after purchasing the deal from AL. The two man crew was professional and friendly. They did provide feedback after the work was completed and provided quotes for additional work after communicating their findings. I did have an issue and was a bit disappointed with the result. The old screens that were blown from the gutters were left all over the yard. My daughter and I cleaned them up. I ultimately know they were no longer useful and maybe had to be removed because they advised they were useless but I would have thought they would either discarded them appropriately or tried to place them back as neatly as possible. I also still see some residual dirt and debris between the bottom of the gutter and the house. In all fairness, I did not notice this until after the crew left and I was inspecting the work so this may have been outside of their control or they weren't able to reach it. I did not notice in time to ask them about my findings. They ultimately did the requested job of blowing the gutters out. They advised that my gutters needed to be re-secured and that they offer gutter guards that I needed to help with the pine needles. I have not decided whether to go with Atlanta's Best for the additional services.

The guys were very professional, quick and did a great job. They cleaned all the debris from the gutters away from the house. Great work and would hire again!

Service was fantastic!! Received call letting me know they had arrived, so did not have to be there which allowed me to stay at work. I will definitely be recommending them to others and will use again in the future. They really are the best gutter cleaners!!

It worked out fine. Overall, it was positive. They came in and did the work. The only thing that took a little longer was the initial contact. I ended up having to call them. Nobody called me. I don't have any issues with their punctuality.

Well. The 2-man crew showed up on time as promised, cleared the gutters and cleaned up afterwards. I've used them for the last few years (2x / year) and will continue to do so. It's better than having water pour out over the sides of the gutters during a heavy rain.

While they were here they also gave me a opinion on the shape of my roof. They're great and do a super job. I will continue to use their services.

This is the second time we have used Atlanta Gutter Cleaners. We bought an Angie's List Deal and then paid additional for the increased square footage of our home. AGC was prompt in communication, scheduling, and they were actually early on the day of service. They had the gutters and all debris cleaned within 1.5 hours.

Best gutter cleaning company we have ever used. The two gentleman that worked on our house were on time, friendly and did an amazing job. They did exactly what we asked them to do and, in my opinion, went above and beyond in the clean up work after. My house/yard looked even better when they pulled away than it did before they arrived. Will definitely use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners again!

I've used these guys before and they have always done a great job. They did it again this time. I wasn't home when they showed up, but came home later to clean gutters, no mess around my house and the price was exactly what we had agreed upon. I'll definitely keep them as my Go To Gutter Cleaners!

They were great! They initiated communication even though I was told I would need to contact them. They scheduled the cleaning within a couple of days of purchase. They called me to let me know when they would arrive, when the weather was causing delays, when they would have to reschedule due to the weather, etc. Very friendly and considerate.

This is my third time using them. Just like the other two, they show up when they say, they didn't leave a mess and other than unclogged gutters you would never know Thy were there.
