Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

I expected when I was getting my windows washed, that they would was the sill, particularly outside to make sure to get all the cobwebs off. They didn't pay any attention to that. They just washed the glass pane. After they left, I had to go and wash all that myself.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was an additional charge because there was a certain set of windows that they were going to do, not gutters, and I had a section of the gutter that I wanted them to do so they charged me for that, which was fine. It was my first time to use them. I would recommend them. I thought they did a good job. Primarily we got them for the windows, to have them cleaned up. I can't get up, I don't have these windows that you can open from the inside to clean them so they did. I think they did a really good job. There were no spots, it's not 100% streak free but they did a better job than I did.

They did a good job. They just came out and did what they were supposed to do and got it done fast, clean and simple that is what I like. The price was probably little bit high for what they did but for other company that was probably competitive. I would use them again in the future.

I could hear the man on the roof moving too quickly and loudly. I was actually afraid he would fall or damage my shingles. The gutters worked perfectly for about two weeks. I realize leaf fall is not their responsibility, but I'm glad I used a coupon and had not paid for this service.

Service was excellent from scheduling to execution. The deck looks brand-new.

They showed up on time and did a great job.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners did a good job. They got here when they said they were going to be here and they did what they said they were going to do.

The people were very nice who came out. The guy who washed outside windows did a bad job. Inside good. They were very accommodating whe asked to check and clean out a couple of gutters. First time I called for them to come back I didn't get a call back. Second time they apologized profusely and came out TOOmsoon before I got the message they were coming so I wasn't home to unlock the screens.

Took some time to schedule, but they performed the work well and made some recommendations for future work, which I am having them do.

From setting up the appointment to carrying our the job all was done professional, on time and the workers were courteous.

They did great! The basic service did not cost me more. I had them do one other thing and then it cost just a little bit more, but it wasn’t bad. We had a couple of gutter screens that needed to be fixed. They cleaned up after themselves. After they cleaned everything they blew off the drive way and the deck and everything.

They were fast and good. Only my husband was at home, so he missed a few details. We called the provider back, and only one minor deficiency was theirs (some spots on the woodwork) -- which they remedied. What I thought were some dirty windows was a thermal window that had lost its vacuum, and a couple skinny windows that were actually scratched -- not dirty. All in all, they were very responsive and more than ready to make the job right... even though it was mostly our problem. I would definitely use them again.

Windows were cleaned well. I added to the job as the "deal" didn't cover all the windows I needed cleaned. A previous company did a more throuogh job in that that also really cleaned the sills

First call to schedule services I was told it was schedule, but no one showed, call back they clamed phone, moving and computer problems, but my service did not happen as needed. Second call worked and schedule was met, but I was warned to check back they were still have lot of scheduling problems

I purchased a $79 coupon to have my gutters cleaned. My home is very large and the gutters hadn't been cleaned in years. I live on 2 acres heavily populated with oak trees. There were even pine trees growing in the gutters. The team from Atlanta's Best Gutter cleaners arrived on time and knocked out the job quicker than I would have imagined possible. They even racked the waste into neat piles so I could easily transport it to the compost bin. Very clean, very professional workers. I'd gladly hire them a again and will allow them to bid on my gutter replacement later this year.

The service of Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners was fine. It was good. The big deal was initially paid for. But when they got here, there's another stuff I have them to look at and do. There were additional charges that came up. It was the result of my negotiations on that. They did exactly what they came to do. The extra stuff were stuff I requested from them.

It was easy to schedule the appointment. They arrived on time and completed the work.

We were not able to take advantage of this big deal since it would void our warranty with our current system. The company was professional and very nice to talk to.

I called multiple times to schedule; they said I would be recieve an email in 2 days which I never received. No one I called was willing to help me. Ended up cancelling and going with a much more responsive company Update: I never requested Tuesday's Only, that makes no sense to me at all. I only requested that I be scheduled which no one was willing to do for me. I never recevied an email until after this review which was condescending and rude. I gave them the correct email numerous times and I was more than accommodating.

It went well. I will use them again.

It never happened- there's been no follow up and no email response The lady a swearing the phone was polite but no follow through.

I last used their service two weeks after I purchased the “Big Deal”. They did a great job and they provided me a good service.

Provider arrived early and went right to work. There were 3 workers. The project manager discussed with me what I wanted done, and walked around to confirm window "count". They were very polite and respectful and requested I inspect the work before they put the screens back. It was a good experience.

Two gentlemen in a van showed up and when they saw the house they started tell me I probably need gutter guard because there's tree in the yard. After they cleaned out about 20% of my gutters they started to try to sell me really expensive gutter guard thing at which point in time I said if I notice it was a sales call I would never hired them.

Great job, house had been vacant for almost 2 years so the windows were filthy. They got right to work and finished the job quickly - windows looked great when they were done.
