Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

everything was fine, end result was good. my problem is that they advertise very strongly to be eco-friendly, but showed up with only bleach to do the pressure washing with. we grow vegetables around the house so thankfully they warned us to cover them, at which point i brought out my laptop and showed them the homepage of the website which shouts eco-friendly, won't hurt anything, etc. The workers said that you had to specifically tell them to bring the green stuff, that noone ever asks for it, etc. noone ever asks for it because they assume that its green since that's how they advertise themselves. sounds like false advertising to me! like i said, in the end they went back for the green cleaning supplies and came back and did a fine job, so this is my only, but by no means minor, complaint.

We started off on a bumpy start as we had a difficult time scheduling an appt. so I originally gave an F rating before the work was done. But WHEN we actually had the windows cleaned they did a GRT job Basically plan months n advance for the work to b done but they were reliable once the date was set

They were fast and efficient, and even blew off my long ,hilly driveway after blowing all the roof and gutter debris off the decks.They also took pictures of an area on my roof where the wood was spongy and told us about it. Over all, they were excellent.

Overall from my perspective and that of the workers, This deal is Really worth it if the windows you have are just the single pane of glass. If you have decorative "grids" that are on the surface of the glass, the price is calculated differently and it takes alot longer to do. The workers were great, and the job was well done.

After a courtesy call to let me know when they would be arriving, they (2-man crew) arrived well within the time frame projected. We discussed the work that needed to be done, including clarifying what windows needed to be cleaned and how the cost would be calculated for the extra windows above the 20 that were already included in the Deal. A minor mix-up in the order, because I was using two big Deal I had purchased and only one was on the work order, was quickly cleared up and they set to work cleaning the gutters. Once the gutters were done, I was provided with the exact count and the total additional cost of the windows. With one person cleaning the exterior and another cleaning the interior, they made quick work of the windows. Their work is comparable to another company that I hired in the past to do my windows, but unlike the other company, they were much faster and I wasn't tied down for a full day while one person cleaned. Of course, it rained soon after they left, but I could see the rain very clearly through those clean windows.

Completed the service as described.

They were quick and efficient. After cleaning roof and gutters, they clean all porches and driveways affected.

Initial appointment fell through their cracks. They were supposed to email me the appointment date but didn't. I had to call the office again and they apologized and rescheduled me. They called the day before to confirm appointment. Showed up on time. Workers friendly and professional. Took pictures of my roof and showed one bad shingle. I went ahead and let them replace it for $30.00. They let me know that my gutters were in good condition. Later that day I noticed a shingle that looked like it had lifted up so I let them know. They scheduled another service and came out and nailed it down, no charge and no problems. One worker asked me a few times if I was interested in gutter shields/guards, but I let him know that I was not. They double checked that I didn't have anymore concerns and left. A month later my yard person pointed out that he thinks my gutters need to be tightened because they're still leaking before the downspout. This was an issue that was happening before my gutter service. I thought the leaking was because of blockage but since they've been cleaned I'll have to see what the other issues are. All in All I think they provided the service they promised and would use them again.

Gutters were cleaned promptly and reasonable estimate given for repairs recommended. Upon requesting them to come back out to do the repairs, was disappointed to hear that they were scheduling 3+ weeks out and I could not wait that long.

Went very well. Seamless process. They are efficient.

OK A comment about Angies List, not the service provider, I already provided a "review" by phone with someone who said they were calling from Angies List!!! I don't like being pestered twice for a review!!!!!!!!!!!

IT went very well. We weren't expecting them to clean up as much of the leaves as they did. Would highly recommend them in the future.

It could have been better with Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. Their techniques is very good for blowing leaves out of the exposed gutters but if you had significantly Fall plus rain, the blower technique is not good for getting leaves out of your downspouts. They will have to charge you extra to disassemble your downspouts and then basically they'll use maybe a still rod or something to get the wet leaves out that are packed in there. They are appropriate if it's been a dry Fall but for a wet Fall, you may want to consider using somebody that tells you upfront that you needed this assemble all of your downspouts and they will clean all of those out. I've had people use pressure cleaners in the past to do that.

Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners have been excellent. It was fine. It looked good , there were no additional charges and they were very professional. They took care of all the problems. I had used them once before by cleaning my roof. They were prompt, easy to work with, did what they were supposed to and left.

They showed up on time and worked very quickly. They cleaned out all the rain gutters on the house. They pointed out where the rain gutters were separating from the house and provide a very reasonable quote to reattach them, which I had them do a few days later.

I did have to pay more than the big deal. I would use them again.

Shawn and Rob were polite, professional,and prompt. The did come earlier than scheduled, but they did call ahead and tell me they were on the way. All surfaces stated above were quite dirty and had mold in many areas. In the end, all surfaces looked very nice, although there were some stains that would not come up, even after several passes. It took about 2 hours to complete. There were some issues that required a return visit, but Rick, and the crew went above and beyond what was necessary to fix these problems. I have had a lot of work done on my house, and I have never had this kind of committment to 'make it right'!!. The only thing I would have done differently is NOT wait so long to have it done! Probably those tough stains would have been removed....

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was great. I would surely use them again in the future.

It worked out very well with Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. They came promptly. I think they did a good job, of course, I didn't get up a ladder and see what they did. They mostly cleaned-up, there was a little bit left of the bushes that was still there but they made a pretty good effort in getting what they cleaned out of the gutters our of my garden area. They said I didn't need to be there and I'm not sure I was. I would call them again. I was pleased with them.

They did an excellent job on the gutter and roof cleaning. The problem was that they left recommendations on the invoice that said I needed $350 worth of work because 2 of the 3 vent boots were installed incorrectly and 20 feet of gutter needed to be repitched. I had my roof replaced less than a year ago so I called my insurance company to see if they would send out an independent contractor to inspect the roof. I also called the contractor who installed the roof. Both checked and stated that there was no issue with the vent boots and pitch of the gutters. They both stated that it's not unusual for companies to try and "upsell" their services. In my opinion, this is a bad business practice because now I can't trust their recommendations. I won't use them again. If they offer a "deal" on Angie's list, they need to price it so that they don't need to "upsell" in order to make a profit.

That went very well. I paid extra because I had grates on my gutters. They were on time. They kept their appointment when they were supposed to. They did a little bit more than what I hired them for. I have not done much comparison.

I used their service a few months ago and they did a nice job. They’re reliable and on time.

Atlanta' Best did a great job. I would definitely hire this company again. The gentleman phoned me several times to keep me abreast of their arrival (which was later than the original "window" appointment. The crew were hired to clean the siding, roof and gutters, and I added the sidewalk, driveway and patio to the "to do" list during cleaning day. After asking if they would do the additional areas, I was given a cost, and there was no hesitation to stay at my home longer to perform everything.

It went pretty good. They had to get back out again because they were late the first day because they got tied up with something else. They were doing it going towards dark and I looked at it the next day and it was not to my satisfaction but they came back out and redid it. They did a good job and they were prompt. The only problem I had was they were late but sometimes that happens. They had a good price.

I was very pleased with them and they did a job on my home. They were on time and professional.
