The services were well. It took us a while to arrange it, but it was because of the weather. The pricing was great, because we had purchased a big deal. They worked on our rental house, and the renters said they did a good job.

Did good job. Dependable. This is my second time to use Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners. Would recommend to others.

I did not deal with them directly. They did a great job. They cleaned up. They did a thorough job and you would never have known they were there. They did everything we expected. The gutters I saw were flawless afterwards. They came out the next day after I made an appointment. They were right on time.

It went very well. Gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Some debris was left on the bushes. Otherwise, the work was as desired.

Came and cleaned 20 windows in and out. Windows are sparkling clean. I will use them from now on.

I wanted the gutters cleaned because they would overflow during rain. They came out and cleaned the gutters, and pressure-washed the house. However, during the next big rain, the gutters were still overflowing in some areas. I called, and they came out to check. They said that sometimes the seams become lose at joints and that they would reseal the joints. This was an extra expense. However, I am not sure this fixed the problem. During heavy rain, the gutters still will overflow. So, first, if the seams are lose, why not ask about repairing them during the cleaning visit. Second, it feels like they were looking for a reason for the overflow, so they guessed or assumed it was the joints; but maybe that's not it. At any rate, my experience was okay I guess. To answer the vendor points in response to my review: I don't need to clean my gutters every six months because I have gutter screens for that exact reason. I think gutters are designed to handle the water that the roof dissipates. Therefore, I would not expect them to overflow, even under heavy rain. My gutters did not overflow during heavy rain in the past.

They did a fine job of cleaning the gutters, however there was an area that needed some attention, and they gave me a quote on how much to fix it. I was surprised, I thought they might have fixed it as part of the package deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. For what I wanted, they did it. They did have to add on some more money to that because I had additional gutter that needed attached. The work needed done and so they ended up doing it. Overall, I was satisfied. They were very professional. It was a good solid crew that showed up to do the work. They were fairly quick and didn't take too long.

We took advantage of one of Angie's "big deals" to get our gutters cleaned with Atlanta's Best. Everything was smooth, they came out and did the work, I was happy. Then it started raining hard and I now have two sections of gutter that are so backed up the water is just spilling out over the edge like one of those big Hawaiian waterfalls you see on tv. It's hammering against some windows and a lot of wood siding, so I'm going to have to get someone else out to fix it before I have to deal with a bunch of rotten wood. Funny thing is, these waterfalls didn't exist BEFORE they "cleaned" my gutters. Apparently I would have been better off leaving them as they were. I don't know what they did or didn't do in these sections, because my gutters are up so high I don't have the resources to take a look. My educated GUESS is that their work resulted in two clogged downspouts that they failed to clear before they left. But what I KNOW for sure is that water's not supposed to do that after you've had your gutters professionally cleaned. You expect efficient and reliable water flow after you plunk down your hard-earned cash, do you not? I'm sure there are those who would say "Yeah, but it only cost $80 so what's the big deal?" First off, if they intend to skate through jobs where the homeowner has taken advantage of a promotional offer, they should just not make the offer at all. So, what's the "big deal?" It's going to cost me at least another $80 to get it fixed, and hopefully I can get that done before my house is damaged. So as of right now I really don't know how much this will end up costing me. Bottom line, I would rather pay someone $160 up front to do the job right.

It took a couple weeks for start to finish partly do to the season but when they arrived they were professional and worked quickly. Since they have cleaned out the gutters and installed the guard we have had record rainfalls and they gutters have performed flawlessly.

Received a reminder call the day before service, then another call from the guys a few minutes before arrival. Great and professional service and a very fair price! Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Excellent job, They called in advance of arrival. They called afterward and related that there were a few issues that needed to be fixed. They gave me the opportunity to decide if i wanted the extra work performed.Did not have to come back. Very satisfied with the price and work that was done. The discount offered by going through Angie's list was a bonus.

I have been using Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners for regular gutter cleaning since 9/2011, and have found their service to be excellent, prices fair, and their staff and practices to be very professional. Each time, they have been easy to schedule, show up as promised, and perform quality work. Unlike some other providers I have used previously, they don't seem to always "find additional recommended repairs". This last visit, they did identify some problems, carefully explained the issue and what should be done (without a hard sell), and I approved the additional work. I am very pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Because I have issues with a flat roof, I asked him to tell me what it looks like. He didn't just tell me...he took pictures and emailed them to me. Now I have a better idea of what repairs I need to make.

This is our second or third time using the company. They are always honest about what work needs to be done, they do a good job, and they charge reasonable prices.

Contractor showed up and did not have the materials to do the work requested. They left to go buy materials but when they returned there was not enough time to finish the work. They left a quote to complete more work but I never bothered to call back.

Saw that this company had lots of special deals, and though I have never used the "deal" aspect before, these looked really good. And, the company had many, many positive reviews. Called them and told them I wanted 2 different deals....took gutter cleaning and window washing (will give separate report on that). They said they would email me when they would be out. It was a little over a week later. They called the business day before with a 2 hour window and they arrived just as planned. Got right to work, and even though the gutters had mesh, there was still some debris and the roof areas, needed to be blown. They did a very good job. I hope they will continue with the specials because I will certainly use them again. Will probably have this done twice a year.

It was a very rainy and wet day but they still called before arrival and installed a new l-shaped rain gutter on the 2nd floor at the roof edge with a full down spout to the ground. It went well. I looks great and I will no longer have a pool of water from heavy rain.

Moved into a new house and wanted to have Gutter cleaned. Purchased a groupon and scheduled it. Took about a week or two for them to come out, but it was a good job.

Okay - very basic. Seemed to be in a hurry...in/out in 15 minutes. Basically use a lawn blower to blow out all of the gutters. Used Sunshine in the past and they were much more detailed oriented and took their time. The appointment scheduling was very easy.
