They did an excellent job . Worked at a steady pace. They had to come back with a ladder because of a high window in our bathroom.

The service provider promptly responded to my message and we set up a date to clean my gutters. There was no need for my involvement after that point. They cleaned up all the debris and did a nice job.

Gutters were cleaned as described and everything went smooth as silk. I used an Angie's List deal which was obviously their way of upselling you services because included with the invoive was estimates for several other services. At least they didn't try to push those after the job was complete. I think many of them might have been services I could use but if I want an estimate/inspection, I'll ask for one.

The team leader was nice guy, did a fine job on the outside; but, the helper left the inside windows all streaky and forgot to latch most of the screens back in place. I was picking up paper towels, cleaning cloths and squeegees for two days. Nice polite fellow who needs more training or focus...maybe both. I have redone all the inside windows myself.

It went very well. The workers were very nice and punctual... I would use them again.

I used a coupon for a set number of windows. The project went okay. My advise is to check with the cleaning company on how they count windows. Companies seem to have different counting systems and may be different from what you thought.

Purchased a Big Deal coupon for whole house gutter and roof cleaning, called for an appointment was told that they were at least 10 days out on appointments. I was scheduled for service within the ten day window. Service tech arrived on time, explained what was going to happen and the job was completed within 45 minutes. The two man crew cleaned up the area with blower and washed areas such as the driveway and patio. Very good experience.

A+++++ service guy was great, professional, personable and knowledgeable ...did all that was contracted and more....will definitely be using this provider again....

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very good. They came out when we agreed to and they called ahead of time to tell us when they'd be here. They were here all the time and they did a very nice job. The gentleman who was the leader of the crew did a nice job of making sure everything was done the way it was supposed to. There was a little bit of confusion about a part of the service and the way they were supposed do it and he straightened that out and got everything taken care of so we were very pleased with it. We didn't understand how they were counting the windows. We thought it was just per window but it was per 6 panes and our panes were 8 so we wound up having more windows to clean than what we thought. We added a couple more windows, too once we understood how it was counted. We were pleased with the results. They had to come out and do a couple windows.

They were wonderful. They were very prompt and very helpful. They were good. They came on time. They also followed through because my husband had contacted them about the repairs and then somebody called and my husband has misunderstood and thought they were cleaning the gutters, so we cancelled the service and then the guy who actually came out called again and explained to kind of clarify if he really didn't want the service. They are receptive and very responsive. They came in the house and looked at something and then checked the roof. As far as I know, I think it's good quality because I don't know a lot about roofing. It has rained and there has been no problem. We haven't really noticed small items that needed to be repaired. I am thinking the work was good.

He never showed up. This deal will be refunded as I've already had the work done. He didn't have the decency to get back to me after he told me that it'd be a few weeks because he was sos backed up.

The work was performed as scheduled and the quality was excellent. Gutters cleaned, roof swept and the yard left in the same condition as they found it.

We were unable to use the big deal due to the short amount of time we needed to get the work done. They were however very polite and professional.

There was trouble scheduling where they had me booked for a certain date even though I chad called weeks before to change that date, and received an email confirmation about such. As for the service, they were on time and professional. The Angies List rate didn't include all the types of windows we had, so the end cost was almost 2X what we thought we were going o spend.

I called for 2 different service appointments and they were very polite and professional! Yes, it could have been done the first trip..but that was all my fault- I TOTALLY forgot to tell them!!! So that one is in me!! The workers were on time, polite and very courteous of my property and time. Explained everything in detail, showed me what need to be done and a timeframe for when it should be done. No pressure to do it "now". Here is the quote and we'll be happy to do the work when you are ready! Some one that works around my schedule!! A company that understands customer service! These days that is a lost concept for the majority of businesses!! Now if this homeowner could get her act together, it would save them an extra trip!!

I was very pleased with the services provided. The two-man team was able to perform all services within approximately 4 hours. They were polite and did a great job! One thing to note: the Big Deal I purchased included up to 20 windows where every 6 panes counted as 1 window. Since I had large windows, I needed to pay for additional windows, but they did provide a discount for the additional windows. I wish that these parameters had been specified in the Deal information.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. They did a good job and I was satisfied. I was not at home when they came to do the job; I was at work. All I could do is look at the results and I didn’t pay anything additional for their service.
