Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

They did indeed clean all the gutters and the roof of our outbuilding of all debris. I found it unusual that they walked all over our house roof during the process as usually to clean gutters this is not needed and I had not contracted for such activity of any kind of roof inspection. A few days after I found by inspecting my roof that the gutter cleaners had used "toe boards" all along my roof in order to mount our steep structure but this was not only un-necessary but they did not tell me they had done this and they had also not re-sealed the holes they had made in my roof after using "toe-boards" which what any roofer will usually do to prevent leaks. I have had my roof repaired and the toe-board holes sealed but will never do business with this company again.

They arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning the roof, gutters and down spouts. I was hoping that they would clear some blockage in a line that goes from the down spout to an underground line. They said I would have to call a plumber for that. This does not seem to be a plumbing problem since the line was a extension of the gutter and day lighted in the back yard.

The technicians provided prompt service and cleaned up the debris caused by the gutter cleaning.

They came out and stated that my storm windows were actually 3 windows and they wanted to charge me extra to do them even though they are only 1 piece. A woman had called me on Friday and said they would be there on Monday between 1-4. They called at 8 in the Morning today and stated they would be there in an hour and then showed up two hours later.

Services delivered as expected.

I thought their price to clean the gutters was too good to be true, as I had gotten estimates that were MUCH higher. It was NOT too good to be true. Casey and crew came out and did a fantastic job at a great price. There were two downspouts that needed to be replaced and he gave me a no obligation quote to replace them. I was concerned about the color of the downspouts matching the other ones, but Casey said he had matched it. He did agree that if I was not satisfied with the color match he would paint them with the extra house paint I had at no extra cost. It turns out it was not necessary to paint them because they matched almost perfectly. It may take a few weeks once you call for them to come out, because they are so busy, but it is worth the wait. I can highly recommend them.

The reason I hired them was I didn't need the gutters cleaned, they have covers on them and I needed some other gutter works done and they came out and did a terrific job on the other stuff and there was no additional price or anything and they went way out of their way to make sure they had done everything I thought we needed, but I couldn't hire anybody to come out and do the gutter fixed that I wanted it at that price so I had them come out and instead of cleaning I had them fix the end of it where it was running over and things. I was real happy with them. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was really convenient with the electronic payment option. When I went to visit the property, it appeared as if it had a fresh coat of paint. However all they did was perform a pressure wash. They were responsive with the scheduling because I was corresponding electronically from out of state. They were professional. If I need that type of service again, I'll definitely try to use the same company. I would recommend them to other people.

It was fine. I wasn't here when they did it. I had felt it was a good price but then other neighbors have gotten better prices.

We purchased a big deal for the service. They did a great job, they are very personable, and they are very professional. The only thing, they didn't do well, was that they didn't clean up real good. I hired them again to do other work and we worked through that. They came ahead of time.

The service was great. We were happy with them. They were punctual and did a good job. They let us know on the roof tile missing. They were very polite as well.

We didn’t have to be home when they came to the appointment. They did the job well and cleaned up well after themselves. In fact, they left the sidewalk looking better than when they arrived.

They cleaned the gutters rapidly & thoroughly at an excellent price. Not much else to report

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out okay. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. They said just to call them and they would come out. I was quickly able to set up an appointment. I have mobility problems and I made a request that they schedule me on a Saturday so my husband could be here and they did. I appreciated that courtesy. I had them do other windows so it cost me about $50 extra. It was money well spent. I thought their price was very reasonable for the amount of work they do. We have a split level house with two stories so they had to use ladders to come up. They were right on time and very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job on the cleaning. I did not realize that I was going to have to pay so much extra for so many windows. I spent an additional $150 above the Big Deal. The Deal price was great but I ended up having to pay extra.

They arrived on time and did a nice job. Very courteous and accommodating. Advised us of the Vent Pipe boot damage and joint leak in our gutter, and was able to repair while they were there. I thought the cost was very reasonable.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. I called them two weeks after I purchased the Big Deal and they came right out. I had no problem with them; they did a good job. I say their pricing was great. The gentleman explained to me what they could and could not do. I understood it so it was fine. They said they were going to be here at a certain time and they were here.

They were very thorough, but quick! They cleaned up. We thought we had a broken gutter, but it was just clogged. We got an appraisal to replace gutters and we will do that next year.

It worked out great. They did a great job, I didn't have to do anything except set up the service. I wasn't home but the end result was good.

Four men ' invaded' the house and went to four different corners. I think they finished in a half hour or less. Good job and my only disappointment was not their fault. When I bought the special months earlier, I read a review stating that the company did a fantastic job on the sky lights. That was my main reason for buying the special and by the time I had the work done--several months later-- doing sky lights was not any longe done.

It went well -- we didn't interact much.

It worked out very fine. They were really fast.
