They were very professional. One gentleman worked inside and one outside.

I was very attracted by their pricing, and I didn’t have to wait long for them to do the job. I can’t give a very accurate evaluation of their service because I have a high roof and I can’t see the gutters from the ground. From what I saw, though, the job was done pretty well.

It went very well. They cleaned the roof and the gutters very well. They cleaned my roof and my gutters for $79, it was a great deal. They did a thorough job. They did exactly what I had requested them to do. I don't recall any difficulty getting them here. I believe they were here when they told me they would be.

They did an excellent job. They were worth the price. The pricing was reasonable. We saw lower prices but my wife wanted to go with them because they seem to have the best reviews. They were right on time.

It turned out very nicely. My husband was very pleased with their professional demeanor and he was pleased with their work. They did some repairs which was an additional $75. The price was good.

It was okay. There was nothing bad with the experience.

Was prompt, thorough and friendly. Our son runs a gutter cleaning service in another city. He checked our gutters and said they did a good job and we should continue to call them.

The team did an excellent job and even had enough time left to work on another section in front of the house. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

The service was as advertised and met my expectations. However, there were significant disconnects between the office and the crew that came out to do the work. I had spoken with the scheduler mentioning the Angie's List Big Deal. I asked that they meet me at the house so that I could explain my request for an estimate to make some improvements to one area of my gutter system where water frequently overspills. The scheduler recorded notes on the work order that requested a quote that was different than what I asked for and did not specify that I needed to meet them. I had provided photos of the area in which I wanted improved water handling suggestions to the scheduler but these apparently were not passed along to the crew. The crew lead called my number and left a message. He did not attempt to contact me again but wrote an estimate for work that I did not need done and that did not match the desired work. The work purchased was completed satisfactorily but I did not get my estimate. When I called back the receptionist took my request to speak with the scheduler again but no one called me back. As a result of these missed communications this reputable company has missed an opportunity to do further work for me. I was disappointed that I did not get an estimate of the costs for desired changes to my gutter system. I will consider using this company again for gutter cleaning. The company did the work as advertised.

It went fine. It was a big deal purchase. Some of the gutters were falling off so they had to come back. I paid for that one separately. When they got here, they did an excellent job. They were fast in dealing with and they followed up. The only thing was they were busy so they took some time to get here. I knew that beforehand because we had those bad storms and wind. Their schedule was behind because of a lot of rainy weather.

They don't service my area, I had to get a refund.

They were okay. I had to pay extra other than the big deal purchase as I had to have them does some work on the roof. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. So they were fine. They got the job done and checked out the roof. They did a good job.

It was fine. They offered to pressure wash the driveway and the front sidewalk for an additional fee and I agreed to that and that was an additional $100. They were fine. They were courteous, got it done quickly and I had no problems. They were a little bit late but I am not going to hold that against them because it was that time of the year when a lot of things were going on.

It was good. I didn't end up spending any more than what the big deal was for. I think they were relatively quick and they did a fine job.

I bought a special in April for $200 worth of window cleaning (20 windows) for $99, and each extra window would be $6. It took approximately two weeks to schedule the appointment. They arrived about 40 minutes late because their GPS took them to a wrong location. Once they arrived the work done swiftly and professionally. All total they cleaned 41 windows.

I thought it was satisfactory. They were a little difficult with schedule that's why I gave them a satisfactory because the scheduling got messed up twice. I wasn't here when they came so I didn't get to meet them. I just saw it when it was done and it seems fine and I thought the price was fair.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went very well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were really good. They were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. The nice thing is that if they find anything wrong, they can repair it. They have repaired soffits for me. I would recommend them. I had hired them before the deal so I knew they were good. I plan to use them again.

They did a good job. I was putting my house up for sale. They were able to clean and repair the gutters and get them in good order. I was pleased with their work.

When I bought the deal and called them it took 3 to 4 weeks to service me. When they came to my house, they did an excellent job. They cleaned it up and left no debris.

We purchased a big deal for the services, and it went fine, they did a good job. We have a wood shingle roof, and so we paid a little extra. I think they did a good job, I am not sure if I will use them again, just becuase they charged me extra, because the deal was for gutter and roof cleaning. So I don't know if they wouldn't have done it if I wouldn't have paid them.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out well. We haven't had any issues with the gutters since they cleaned them.

Service was professional. Gave us an estimate for service date, came during the day to do the cleaning and left the invoice in the mailbox. No problems and would use them again.
