Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Technicians were very professional and polite. They did a very good job for what they did. I was very disappointed as to how they counted windows. My deal was $99 for 20 windows (both sides). Unfortunately, if the windows are divided panes, then a single window counts as 3 windows. Needless to say, what I thought would be an almost complete house window cleaning turned out to be just a few in the front.... I would use them again if I could afford their prices.

Professional. Prompt. Helpful. 6 months after initial service we thought there was a problem. Turned out the gutters just needed cleaning. They came back immediately, told us what was wrong, gave us an excellent price for cleaning and did the job. Their clean-up was immpecible and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. Would absolutely use them again.

Crew arrived on time & counted the same # of windows. They went to work quickly and finished in a very short time.

Overall everything went very well. My gutters were overdue for a cleaning as evidenced by shrubbery growing in them. My gutters had turned into planters. Although I was not at home when the service was performed, it was clear to me everything was working very well during the next rainstorm. When the crew suggested a modest repair, I did not hesitate and instructed them to proceed. I thought I was on the verge of needing new gutters, but with the cleaning and suggested repairs my gutters are now working better than they ever have, thus saving me money by not buying new gutters. It occurs to me that perhaps my nine year old home's gutters were never installed properly in the first place, as I have never seen the gutters work better. Thank you!

The guys communicated well, showed up on time, and left the house and yard clean. Very satisfied, will use again.

They claimed to check that the vertical house gutters were not blocked, but they did not do that.

I have used this service twice and been pleased both times. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. I was impressed with the ease with which they added a badly needed downspout in a spot that was a bit awkward to deal with. They are more expensive than others i have used who were recommended by neighbors, but I have found that to be a "hit or miss" kind of thing.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I used it shortly after I purchased the deal. They gave me some suggestions of things to do that would have cost more but I didn't do them. I wasn't home the time they came out and I was a little concerned about that because I couldn't see what they were doing. I thought the deal was mostly to have my gutters cleaned. My gutter has a cap on it, like a guard. It was not a completely enclosed system and it has about 3 inches of open space before the gutter so I was surprised that they weren't able to help me out more. I talked with the guy about it because he called me when I was at work. There was one place in particular where I know the water wasn't draining, it was just pouring out. He said that he went over that area, used a hose, sprayed the debris out, and made sure the downspout was working. So he made effort in that one area that I was concerned about. I was just disappointed that it wasn't a thorough cleaning out of the gutters and he said that was started clearly on their website but I didn't see it. He did find one tile missing in my roof and suggested I replace it and gave me an estimate for that. The guy really did try. After I talked with him initially, he said he couldn't do they job and then he ended up taking steps to help me out. There wasn't any result to see because I didn't really have a lot of debris on my roof to begin with and I couldn't see the gutter. They came on the day they said they were going to come.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. We spend more than the $79 deal for some additional services done. They were prompt and did what they said they were gonna do. The quality of work was good.

We used an Angie's List coupon and got a great deal. They scheduled within a day of our order being placed and came out and climbed up on the roof and cleaned the gutters. They then cleaned up everything that had fallen during the process, and when they left, you would never have known they had been there. Great job!

That was fine, there were no problems, and they did a really good job. They came out in October or November. They did the job and did not damage anything. I would use them again if I was eligible for the deal. If I can get it at a lower cost, I usually go that way. I would them again.

They called first and came on time. Cleaned the gutters. Cleaned up the debris on the shrubs and left.

They were super. We have had non-stop rain and they came out quickly in between storms. They told me about repairs for the roof but didn't offer to do it. I wish I would have asked them to. They also left a little bit of clean up so I may contact them about that and see if they can also do the roof repairs as well.

They came out and did the cleaning of the gutters. They were fantastic, the work was great. They were in and out. I would highly recommend and use again.

Showed up on time. Pressure washed the whole house within half a day. Completed work was good, but not great. I felt that there were a few spots that could have been cleaned better. Also, I was not consulted on chemicals used, nor was I given an opportunity to check work before service people left. Basically, this was a quick spray and run job. Not the worst, but nothing to write home about either.

My gutters were too rusted for them to perform the work. They advised replacement which was too costly for me to do at this time. However, I have used them previously and was very satisfied with the quality of work and related cleanup.

After the worked was completed i was given a estimate on the cost of repairs on the gutters , plan on getting back with them on the repairs ..soon

They fixed a gutter that was loose and they said there was really nothing much to do in my case, so they did that extra for me and didn’t charge me for it, which was nice. They were very responsive and professional.
