Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning

Everything went the same as always. They came, did the job as expected, and left everything just as it was when they arrived (except nothing in the gutters, of course).

No problems. We weren't home, but they cleaned gutters and then cleaned up after themselves, so I have nothing but good things to say!

The person who took down my information for the appointment failed to include that I wanted the gutters inspected before the cleaning to make sure it needed cleaning, so the guy blew out the gutters in a matter of minutes and said there really wasn't any debris. Turns out the runoff was from my gutter falling off, it didn't need to be cleaned. The gutter cleaner understood that the office dropped the ball not including that information on the ticket, so he repaired the gutter at no additional charge - making me a happy customer.

Great job and cleaned up afterwards.

I was home no one knocked on door or left a note. Not sure how I was supposed to know the work was done. I just happened to be home and saw the person on my property.

They did a great job, left very little debris behind. They were also quite quick. Took about 2 weeks for availability, but that was no problem either.

They were quickly responsive, provided a quote for services, including different options, and set an appointment. The gentleman called before they were coming, as requested, were on time, did the services required quickly and correctly. The gutters are working perfectly now and not overflowing. We will likely have them add the gutters to the garage in the not-so-distant future.

Nice guys and received a good explanation of the gutter cleaning and inspection. The problems had to do with how things were left. The gate was left wide open after they left and the dog got out before we realized. There are no gutters on the sides of the house so we didn't think about moving our cars and they didn't suggest it, but they were both filthy with debris that was blown on to them. The top of one of the light fixtures on the front of the house was knocked off and left in the bushes. Several places on the siding were left quite dirty.

They cleared the gutters and thoroughly cleaned after themselves, all in record time!

Generally okay, but did not clean off debris that was blown onto siding over the deck in the back.

Pretty good. Did not clean out down spouts that got clogged with leaves washing down from gutters.

They performed the work the day after originally scheduled due to weather which was fine (though not during any of the days I assigned on the Angie's List calendar, but not that big of a deal). One of the gutters was likely bent during the process-- I noticed it a few days after the cleaning and there was no mention of it being like that prior to the cleaning or of the damage occurring during the cleaning in the report. Brad eventually sent a crew to look at the damage and they showed me that two screws had sheared off. I received a bill for $65 after they replaced the screws, on top of the originally paid $129 for the initial cleaning. The best case scenario is that the damage occurred during the week interval from when the cleaning was done and when I saw the damage. The worst case is that the damage occurred during the cleaning and nothing was done about it, and the last possibility is that the damage was there prior to the cleaning but no one bothered to tell me. I obviously don't know which of these scenarios is the truth but Atlanta's Best Gutters did not take any responsibility and then communicated poorly regarding the fix and billing.

Workers were quick and professional. Only drawback was service was scheduled 3 weeks out.

Very responsive throughout the ordering scheduling and cleaning processes. Not much to do on my part since they did exactly what they promised as promised. And no mess or debris left after cleaning. It would be nice if they took before and after photos since I am not climbing on the roof to check the work anymore than I was willing to climb up there to do it myself. All I no is gutters are functioning great through all the late May heavy rains, but pics would be added value.

They showed up when they said they would (scheduling took about two weeks) and took care of business. The service we purchased included clearing out the down spouts and, of course, the gutters. Tonight there was a heavy thunderstorm and all of the gutters were working just fine. Great work and I will definitely hire again. Also, they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.
