Mike takes his time and is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable about the solar business. He was on time and worked the entire time he was at my house. I emailed him Thuraday and he was at my house 2 days later in the middle of his busiest season.

They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them highly.

Ethan and Mike, these guys are the best. They showed up on time were very professional, very neat, and no hidden cost. They took all my calls, you can get them if you need to, just great to deal with and the system works great. I deal with a lot of contractors on my job, so I speak with experience when I say these guys are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went great from quoting, very responsive on phone, and going out of their way to help diagnose he issue. They kept the committed date of installation. We used Solar Living to install a new water heater 2 years ago and then and now, they always do a great neat job.

They needed to reattach the activator, which had been disconnected, I'm guessing from the pool closing from last year that had been disconnected. The nice thing about the company is that they tried to walk us through some repair procedure over the phone before the visit, so that we could possibly eliminate a visit or a fee, but in our case, of course we needed a repair. We appreciated the offer to walk through the repair on the phone.

I called Friday before Memorial Day; was told a possibility would be they'd be in area Tuesday after Memorial Day and I would get confirmation call on Memorial Day; got confirmation call and told they'd be here between 8 and 9am; technician arrived around 8:40am and w/I 1/2 hour problem was fixed. We have been customer of Solar Living for over 20 years and never anything but excellent service, responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

When I first called for service they returned my call promptly, and asked about the details of my problem and gave me instructions for what to do with the system until they could schedule a service visit. They were busy, and warned me it might take 3-4 weeks to get to me, but in fact Mike called me after about a week and scheduled a service call for the next day. Mike arrived as planned, calling me in advance to let me know he was on the way. He was very thorough and systematic about diagnosing what turned out to be three separate problems - a cracked vent valve, a failed pressure gauge, and air in the system. He got the system up and running again after replacing the failed parts, and gave me clear instructions on how to monitor the system. Solar Living has done work on my system several times over the 15 years I have owned this house, and always been professional and reliable. Recommended!

Ethan and Mike did a great job. They came to our house three times from start to finish. The first time for an estimate which they called and informed us that they were running a little late. It was only around 15 minutes but the phone call is much appreciated. The second time was to install the panels on the roof and run the plumbing. The showed up on time and were very professional with their work. This morning they showed up (on time) to install the electronics. They had to wait until the pool company who does our opening completed their work before they could do finish work to make sure everything runs thru the system properly. The system started right up and we are good to go.

Repair was fine as was the initial installation some 5 yrs ago. Overall, very please with work.

Visited the house to measure and provided a written proposal soon after. We agreed on the price and contracted them to install the solar pool heater. Installation was completed in one day, as expected. They were very professional and treated my house as if it were their own. They were careful, polite and worked safely. They did a great job. The pool gets warm with no fuel costs. The thermostat allows us to adjust the temperature as we like.

The work was performed with great efficiency and expertise. These gentlemen (Rich Bunte, Ethan and Mike) really know their stuff and are most personable, courteous, and fair. I have been using them also for my pool solar system for over 13 years and highly recommend them.
