James Scarnazzo "Jimmy" is the epitome of professionalism and a true expert at his job. Punctual, responsive and very knowledgeable of this trade and how peoples' home are built and their systems work. He listened to my needs and quicly developed a plan after a 5 minute walk around the house. After the estimate I felt at ease that he was the right vendor to hire, I was confident that with his skills and leadership the job would be completed right. When we decided to hire the company he worked hard with us on finding a good time slot to get it done as soon as possible and the project was completed as seamlessly. I will highly recommend this company to friends and family as they were a pleasure to work with and specifically Mr. Scarnazzo.

I was very impressed with Greg Tanzer Sprinklers. I purchased the Angie's List deal for 6 zones for $2,499. Initial contact was quickly made and a rep came to my house to map out my zones. He was very experienced and did not try to upsell me at all, he planned out the system in a very professional manner asking me questions as needed. Installation was arranged a few days later. The crew worked very hard. The foreman walked the property with me to place the flags and show me exactly where things should go and to answer any questions. Install was not easy as I have a very rocky/rooty area. Although they labored a bit the system went in as planned. The men were professional, worked hard, cleaned up and my property looked as back to original as possible given the nature of the work. I would not hesitate to utilize Greg Tanzer and would highly recommend this company.

Greg was very prompt in providing an estimate which was competitive and his installation team was on time, proficient and considerate of the property.

It was great. They came out, walked the property, gave us a schematic of what goes where, and how many sprinkler heads we needed in each area. We quickly scheduled an install date, without much delay. Then they came out to the house with a crew, they did the job in about five hours. It was a bit rough at first as they left a lot of debris behind in the forms of pebbles and stones, from digging up the ground. But when i complained they came right back out to the house and cleaned it up. They barely damaged my existing grass. They did a bang up job, i would recommend them to anyway else. I noticed my neighbors having sprinklers installed so I ask if they would give me an estimate. They came and gave me an estimate of the front and then the backyard. I chose to only do the front for now. When they scheduled the install it was for a week later. They arrived on the date scheduled and started right in. It was a hot and humid day but they worked tirelessly even in the heat. The line had to go around the back of the house to the other side. Because of old tree roots they had a rough time so it took longer than they expected. When they were done they cleaned up, made sure the grass was back in place, and even dug out some old plastic fence posts. They went beyond just getting their work done. They clearly explained the working of the panel to set the timers for the 5 zones I had installed. They were very professional. I would recommend them highly.

Greg contacted us immedaitely after we purchased the Big Deal, and was very accommodating with our schedule. The sprinkler system runs very well early each morning and our lawn looks greener as a result.

I got the Big Deal for 6 zone system. I met with Greg himself for an explanation/estimate of the process, his guys showed up on time, worked tirelessly to install, taught me how to use it / adjust it afterward, and the price was better than most I'd looked up. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's thinking about a sprinkler system and is tired of watching their lawn die in the summers

My schedule service for a new lawn irrigation system was schedule for 5/24 @830am. The plumber showed up on time but the crew showed up at 1pm. Left two messages for the contact person that Saturday but no phone call was returned and until today no apologies from the company. I was informed by one of the workers that the company double booked that time and was told to go to the other job. Unfortunately I was never informed of the time change. Due to the crew's late arrival I was unable to stay and do a final system inspection when the job was done. I had to schedule it for another time, minor adjustments had to be done.

It was fine. The technician was fine and he got the job done in about 30 minutes.

Very professional team, arrived on time and performed the work as promised. Pleasant and competent staff all around. Not much else to add...a highly recommended company.

Installation went very well. Had a small leak at back faucet, but quick response to my phone call to repair. I'm now having a problem with my backyard sprinkler not responding to the timer's "off time." Have a call in, and I know I will get a fast response.

I had a distinct pleasure of having a gentlemen who is part of the Company to install my sprinklers system and being away on military orders I have to rely on bringing in professionals who are trustworthy reliable and that my wife feels comfortable around them. Jimmy fit the person who I would always want all my contractors to be. Greg showed up personally at our home for the estimate and the following Monday, his crew was there as promised to install our new lawn irrigation system. The install was professional and there were no surprises.

i'm thankful to Greg's perfessionalizm and courtesy since the first time they came out for the appointment we forgot and were not there so they had to come back out a second time. they did so without charging us. thank you.

Service went well. Experienced some delays with booking service visit.

Everything was great with them. My husband contacted them. They were responsive, on time, came out within a day or two and did everything they were supposed to. They billed me a couple of times and I had to tell them I had the Big Deal. They replied back saying it was taken care of.

The first day they came, the lines were frozen. They rescheduled and came back out the next week and did the job. It seems like they did a very good job. There was an additional cost for the extra sprinklers I have but it seemed to be a similar price to what I've had done in the past.

It was acceptable. There was nothing special. They came and they did the job. I had them do a little bit of extra work. It costed more than I thought it would have been. They were here. I paid more because I asked them to do additional work. It was an additional $50. I remember being not overly impressed with them. The day labor is high. The worker came with a high pressure air pump and blew out the pipes. They were standard. The basic price that they charged me for the Winterization was $69 which was fine. The additional cost to blow out one pipe was an additional $50. I probably would use them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. The price was right and the guy came on time.

Installed a 7 zone sprinker system. Very professional well run company. Courteous, prompt, at at a fair price.

The gentleman showed up on time. He was pleasant and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was very impressed at the professionalism. I will definitely use this service again.
