From the moment Greg's crew arrived until the moment they left, the teamwork, knowledge and professionalism of all workers was exceptional. Each crew member worked in sync from start to finish. Flags were laid out at the beginning of the day to mark where the sprinkler heads were to be installed, so each worker knew what needed to be done. I am still in awe how well Greg's crew works together and cannot say enough about his company, including his office staff. I highly recommend Greg Tanzer without question.

Plumbers came early and installed the necesary pipes and connections in the basement , Workers came about 30 minutes later . They started to lay out and install all the tubeing and sprinkler heads .They were efficient and professional .

The work crew was at my house on time and performed the work neatly and professionally. After the work was completed and tested, you could not tell that any sprinkler work was done. I would definitely call upon this company again.

Service was excellent. Service technician was very courteous, polite and knew exactly what to do. Cost was reasonable. I will use this company in the future and recommend it to my friends and neighbors.

Estimate appointment punctual. Told could get discount for cash, but this didn't happen. Work day started on time. Completed very efficiently and quickly (about 3-4 hrs). Foreman showed me how to use the timer and gave ample opportunity for questions. Never given 65 cent tool for adjustment of sprinkler heads (seems like this should be thrown in given the overall expense). Still waiting for receipt and capital improvement form after 2 requests. Overall positive experience.

It went well. He gave me a good deal. A job had fallen through so he was able to do the work quickly. He was the best price among 4 different quotes I got. he showed up when he said he would. He did the work which I was very happy with. He had a coupon for 100 dollars off. It was a good experience. He did the clean up afterward and restored the grass, etc. And he did a good job. His warranty was better than everyone else's as well. He has a 5 year warranty on the parts. He has a lifetime warranty on the tubes.

They responded to my request for an estimate quickly on the next business day. After the estimate, I had the following morning off, so they did the installation the very next day! They did the work VERY quickly, it only took 3-4 hours for 3 zones (Front, rear and side of house). They were super nice. They gave me a discount for cash. Explained how to go to my town hall for a plumbing permit (which is easy to get on the day of). They were very expert in the way they laid out the sprinklers. They showed me everything I needed to know to run it... They gave me special consideration for an additional mister. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Greg Tanzer sprinklers.

Overall it went great. He came on time and he finished quickly. So far it's been working great and I would recommend them to others. It was a good experience for us.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. They installed my system in a few hours. They took great care and pride in their work. They were also very careful with my existing landscaping. They left my property as neat as they found it. I did not have any questions after the very thorough review the technicians gave me. They taught me how to use my timer and went over the entire system with me. I could not be more pleased with Mr. Tanzer's work. I would recommend them to anyone.
