One guy came, right on time, and got it all done. Will strongly consider Greg Tanzer Sprinklers for repairs we'll need in the spring.

They were very good. They came right on time. It was done very quickly and efficiently and exactly as expected. I didn't spend more than the "Big Deal". It was good price.

They were professional, they had to reschedule with a specialist. They did a great job.

Checked for leaks in my back flow device and closed my system for the season. They gave me prices via e-mail, scheduled me quickly, were on time, very forth coming with info, thorough and fast. I will have them maintain my system.

I purchased the Big Deal for winterizing my system. This was my first time using them and it went great. They were very responsive with reaching out to set up my appt and to confirm a couple of days prior to. They arrived within the two hour window they said, so I was happy. I expect that I would use them again in the future.

After years of hauling garden hoses around the property, we decided to install a Sprinkler system. We used Angie's List and selected Greg Tanzer for a number of reasons. First, he has the best website to research and learn about Sprinklers. Greg posted a series of short videos of himself explaining the layout, installation, materials, do's and don't, permits, etc. of Sprinklers. It was very informative. Greg arrived promptly for a free estimate and impressed us as knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in our needs. He was low pressure and worked out a Sprinkler system within our budget. We needed landscaping and ground leveling before we could install the system and he made recommendations for a few landscapers to use. We were extremely satisfied with Greg Tanzer and highly recommend anyone considering a Sprinkler system to visit his web page and give him a call. We decided to install in the early Spring and look forward to working with him.

Technician showed up on time, performed a complete service and was very friendly. This is a nice company to do business with.

The appointment was set up through an Angie's List deal mostly be email which was very convenient. The service tech showed up right on time, was very courteous and professional and completed the service quickly. A terrific overall experience.

There was a little mix up with the scheduling, I was going to schedule the appointment by phone. But they showed up unannounced and I had to find someone to meet them at the house. They shut off the sprinkler system so it would not go off in the winter.

They did nothing but waste my time, they have no sense of a schedule and cannot keep an appointment. When they did show up they were unprepared to do the job. Their costs are ridiculous, they expect the customer to pay $80 for a $20 valve and have no intelligible reason for the exorbitantly high cost, other than greed. $80 for a valve and $75 an hour to replace, $155+ to replace a simple valve. Do not use them, they will raise their voice over the phone when you ask them to explain their costs. Stay away, there are many other out there.

Scheduling is a big joke.. There's no big deal if you cant perform the work. Its a little irritating when a provider charges you and doesn't contact you for several days. The best part was.. I called Angies List customer support they told me to wait some more.

The service was great and Jimmy, the technician, was very friendly and helpful in explaining what he was doing. He showed up on time and didn't rush me at all when I asked questions even though he was very busy winterizing houses and businesses. The only issue I had was with scheduling. I got an email giving the time they would be here but also saying that they needed some questions answered first and asked for my number (they didn't have it as I bought the service through an angies list big deal. I gave them my number via email and did not hear from them even though I called them and sent 2 emails to follow up. So, I did not know if they were coming or not since I never got to give them the information they needed. Luckily I was home when Jimmy arrived.

Arrived on time, answered all our questions relating to service, discussed annual packages available with the company for lawn maintenance. Overall a positive experience.

It went fantastic. I had a ton of questions for the person at my Home. He was patient, listened and didn't leave until all my questions were answered completely. They always do a great job for me. I am a very satisfied customer.

They offered an excellent price compared to other estimates given from other service providers. They were very responsive. They came out within two days to start the project. He offers a great 5 year warranty if you sign up for annual maintenance. The business has been around a long time and they do excellent work. They're easy to work with and very accommodating.

Everything went well. The job foreman reviewed for us the various zones and instructions on using the control box.

Everything went as planned according to the estimate. No surprises. Installed the system in half a day and it works great. Made a few adjustments a week or two after. Very pleased with system and service

I had a very good experience. I was very pleased. As a matter of fact, the guy was very professional. It's a good company. My gardener asked me for more money to do the work and I told him not to even think about it. I called them up and the guy who came out was very professional. He gave me a price of $1300 which was a lot of money but I went for it and I thought they did okay. He was very nice and I had a good expedience with him. We had to repair them because of the hurricane as some trees came down and didn't sprinkle in that area. He was very nice and I had a good experience with them.

It was fine. They were courteous. They were on time and they did a nice job. They worked for the previous owner and they installed the sprinkler when I called them. Actually, a guy just came out on his own because he did not know that there is a switch in owners. I told him that I needed to call him back and arrange something so there were swamp like everybody else before summer. So I made an appointment and they were great and I forgot about it. I had to reschedule because they could not accommodate me. But it was fine and they came out and it was fine. They did not overcharge me and they were great.
