Description of Work: Based on the Angie's List recommendations, we call Dino at CAT Power Washing for an estimate. He responded promptly and was helpful in discussing various options and their relative costs. We wanted mildew removed from one side of the house and the wood deck to be power washed and treated. In addition we had him clean several discolored polymer adirondack chairs. The job was scheduled promptly and the crew showed up on time and did a great job. In fact, they exceeded my expectations. I had expected only the second story of the house to be cleaned and they ended up washing the whole side. The job they did on the deck was outstanding. The crew returned three days later to apply the stain/sealant. And we entertained on the deck two days later.

Description of Work: Work order stated to clean gutters and roof via power-washing. Roof still had algae and the gutters were streeked with stains still. On a phone call, the secretary was yelling saying they performed all the work as stated and hung up the phone. I chose this company based on the reviews but dealing with the incompetent work and rude lady will never deal with this company again. Worst experience with a contractor. Job not completed.
