C A T Power Washing

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to for C A T. Dino was great and made my house look great. I did not think the house was as dirty as it was but after fully cleaned, you can really tell the difference. And price was reasonable. Great job and would definitely hire again for power washing needs.

Dino did a phenomenal job and left the backyard looking brand new! We can't wait to enjoy it this summer.

We have a two story colonial with vinyl siding. The house was cleaned with a low pressure system using hot water and detergent. The concrete walkways and front steps were cleaned with a higher pressure system. Both the house and the walkways came out sparkling clean and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Dino arrived right on time and did a very careful and thorough job. Price was extremely reasonable, $600 plus tax.

Beyond satisfied with their work. The deck looks almost brand-new. Sadly a few days later some sap bubbled up on 2 or 3 of the floor boards, BUT I was informed it can happen with some pieces of older wood. But again - I would hire again and happy with the work!

They came out and did a great job and worked well with my schedule.

They actually returned the call and showed up. We called a number of people and they were the only ones that wanted the job. They quoted and they charged exactly what was quoted. They were prompt in coming out to provide the quote.

House and gutters look great. One warning however. Even though the chemicals may be biodegradable, they still contain bleach. I did lose some of my smaller plants that got sprayed.

Dino did a great job. The powerwashing made a HUGE difference in the look of my house. He cleaned the gutters and made recommendations to keep up the maintenance on them to avoid future issues. I found the pricing to be fair and the service to be professional.

Everything went great. This is the third time I've used CAT. Every time they have done an excellent job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We selected CAT Power Washing over several quotes first and foremost because I was impressed with Dino's professionalism when discussing our needs. The quotes were competitive and fair. He gave us three levels of service to choose from and clearly explained how the job would be done. Within a short time we scheduled an appointment and Mike arrived right on time. He did a phenomenal job stripping our deck to look like it was just built!!! A few days later our deck was restained. We noticed a few areas that needed touching up and within a few hours of my phone call someone was there touching up all the areas!!! We are very happy with our finished product, but were even happier with the service provided by C.A.T. Power Washing. Everyone who came to work on this project worked incredibly hard and was extremely professional. I would not only recommend their services, I look forward to calling on them again in the future!!!

They did a really excellent job. It looks as if I have a new deck. I can't say enough good about Dino and company.

I've used them for the past 2 years for gutter cleaning 4 times a year. They do a great job, and don't leave a mess. Dino, the owner, is very responsive.

Our appointment came almost a week early because there was a cancelation. Our houses are sparkling =) Dino did an amazing job --even told us to open our window screens so he can get the windows. Thank you!

I went with CAT even though their estimate was significantly higher than the other companies I received quotes from, mainly because of the positive ratings received on Angie's list, so I guess I shouldn't complain about the price since I agreed to it in advance. But I can't help feeling that I could have gotten a better deal. The price for power washing the house ($600) was especially high for my tiny 1,700 sq ft house and as I watched them work I didn't see them use any special techniques or equipment. I think someone else could have done as a good a job for about 1/2 the price. They did a great job on the deck and other wood areas, however, and I suspect that a cheaper vendor would not have taken the time and care to paint everything neatly and apply two coats. Although I did not meet the owner, Dino, who was supposed to come the first day they began the work but didn't show up, his staff was very professional, efficient, and neat. They did all of the power washing in one day on a Friday and returned on Monday to do the painting, which they were able to complete the same day (3 guys working hard). They used high quality stain and the deck looks great. Mary Jo, the customer service person was extremely polite and helpful. She was able to reschedule the service on short notice when I decided to replace some windows before doing the power wash. If they had knocked off a few hundred bucks from the price I would gave given them an A+ rating.

terrific job. dino is professional, skilled and personable. house, gutters and roof look great. was concerned that I needed to paint trim. not this year. absolutely no debris or damage to shrubs and plants.

After realizing that sealing my deck was a job beyond my time constraints, Cat saved the day. They came in and finished my barely started effort and the deck looks great. They were finished quickly and literally didn't spill a drop of sealer on anything. The crew was very courteous and professional.

This is the second time I've used C.A.T. They do an excellent job. The guys are polite and professional, a real first class operation. I plan on using them again the future.

They scheduled a date about a month out and then came as promised. The workers did a great job -- power washed chemplank siding, brickwork and outside of gutters ...very clean ...looks like house was just painted. For an additional charge, the inside of gutters were cleaned and clogs removed. They left the premises in perfect condition. Workers are very friendly and highly professional. I would have liked to have the roof cleaned also, but the job is costly, so limited cleaning to siding only. Cost for power washing was competitive with other contractors while the gutter cleaning cost was on the high side. All-in-all, I am very satisfied and will use them again.
