C A T Power Washing

I didn't know what to expect price-wise and the $550 estimate seemed high, so I got two more estimates (one from another company on angies list) and the CAT estimate was lowest by as much as $130. They did the work in 3 visits (due to the patio...wait a day after washing to put in sand, then another day or so after that to seal)...showed up when they said they would, were very nice, worked w/ me to coordinate their visits with some landscaping work we had going on simultaneously and overall did a beautiful job. Also, the last time we had our wood decks powerwashed a few years back (by another company) some of the deck paint stripped off. I was expecting that to happen this time, but it did not. I was very happy w/ this company and will definitely call them the next time I need this work done.

Overall experience was excellent - prompt response to my initial phone call - bid for service given next day - all work was listed and explained. Work was begun promptly and was done exactly as discribed. Workers were professional, courteous and did a great job. They were careful of landscaped areas and left all clean and neat. Also certification was necessary for the application of seal and stain used and I was given a copy of this with information concerning product. We are very happy with the results and certainly would use the company again for other services they provide.

Excellent experience and results. Dino came out promptly at the scheduled time to give me an estimate and gladly answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the various deck stain options (transparent, semi-transparent, and solid stains), their advantages/disadvantages, and provided quotes for each without any pressure as to choice. I went with the solid stain (painted wood look) as that option provides the best/longest lasting protection (6 yrs). Dino also helped me choose the color. Christine at the office efficiently set up my appointment and proactively called me with reminders as the time approached + called me with progress updates. Dino and crew powerwashed/cleaned the deck and applied two coats of the solid stain. What a difference. LOVELY job---well done, thorough, no corners cut, and any debris cleaned up. I couldn't be happier. Very glad to recommend their services.

Dino and his crew did an exceptional job.Would highly recommend them. They take pride in their work and best of all - our deck looks the best it has in years.

They were average overall. I had a bit of difficulty connecting with them. It usually took a while for them to get back to me.

It went really well. I decided to hire CAT Powerwashing after receiving estimates from them and two other companies (their quote was almost $300 less than their competitors). Wow!, what a difference. There was a noticeable improvement after the cleaning. What made the experience so positive was how simple it was: they completed the job while I was at work, and they left a bill in my mailbox -- super convenient. I came home to a squeaky clean house, no problems whatsoever. I plan to use them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their house professionally cleaned.

There's no story to tell since I only received an estimate and chose not to pursue working with the organization . The folks were very courteous over the phone - very professional sounding. I had no reason to think they wouldn't have done an excellent job. However, the cost was monumental.

Called for an estimate and within 3 hours Dino was at my house. He gave me a fair price. Work was completed the same week.

Overall process was easy to set up. They came about 3 weeks prior to provide an estimate and they completed the work in the time expected and at the price quoted.

I asked some specific questions as I had recently had a new roof and gutters put on my home. I was unsure of the pitch of the gutters and the job that was done. Dino was very helpful with his suggestions. I have signed a quarterly contract with his company and look forward to a long relationship with them. Will update over the contract year. Thank you Dino!

I called for them to come and give an estimate. They came and provided two separate estimates , one for the deck and the other for the gutters. They came and powerwashed the deck and did the gutters, Arrived today and painted the deck.

Did a great job overall and have signed up with them for yearly gutter cleaning service.

They came out the next morning to look at the home. They immediately called me to tell me I would need sandblasting to remove the paint from the brick, not power washing. I did not hire CAT, but was impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism.

C.A.T. Powerwash came the same day I called them and they did a great and thorough job, including clean-up. As a result, we are putting them on an annual contract. Not the cheapest or the most expensive, which is generally where I like my vendors to be. Cheap rarely results in consistently good service.

They cleaned the gutter okay, but they had to repair the gutters, but that didn't happen. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The price was exactly what they said it was going to be, but they did not check the gutter properly when they said they were going to check. I will not use them again in the future.

Dino was extremely responsive to original email for estimate. Followed up when weather wouldn't cooperate and ended up doing a beautiful job. Deck and stairs look like NEW and they even did the wood around the deck that had been painted previously. So easy to deal with this company and they simply left an invoice in the mailbox afterward. TERRIFIC! Will use again to power wash house exterior and pathway.

They were inexpensive. They seemed like they were nice guys. They seemed like they knew what they were doing and they’ve got some good ratings. When I called them, no one picked up. He returned my call. He was good. He called me again this morning. When I saw their estimate first, I thought it was fairly inexpensive. They called, came right out, did the job and left. They came earlier than they were supposed to. They were done with their work real quick, in about half an hour. They packed up everything and left. There wasn’t too much to see. They were good. The price was about average. They charged the right price. I would use their services again in the future.

I called him. He called me back that night for an interview. He gave us the price right there and then. He told us exactly what he was going to do. I told him that I was nervous about the fact that the house is 70 years old. Sometimes, power washing takes the finish off. He said that they would do a soft power washing with different chemicals. They did some work by hand. They did a really nice job. I was very pleased with him. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.

They were very thorough and they did an excellent job of cleaning all the debris from my roof. The technician was very nice and very polite. He did a great job.

I'd missed having my gutters cleaned last fall because I started calling people too late in the season. I spoke with Dino then & liked his telephone manner. We tried to schedule a cleaning but time was too short & everything froze before he could get to my house. Winter set in. Dino then called me on Feb. 18th, the day of the first thaw in this area, & scheduled the job for that same day. I was impressed by that follow-through. The cleaning job itself was thorough & excellent. In sum, very professional & responsible, will definitely use C.A.T. again.

First spoke to owner in late November. cold weather froze the gutters and they asked if I could wait for warmer weather. Received a call in February and the were at my home the next day. very pleased withe the work.

Dino came over and gave an estimate he left for me while I was at work to clean the gutters on a tall 2-story house that had not been cleaned in years. Next week he did the service cleaned them out and took away all debris. I checked later that week up the hill behind my house and the gutters were all clear. Had some light rain and no water was pouring out of the gutters in front or back of the house, waiting to see if heavy rain causes it. Overall a great job at reasonable price and time frame.
