company came to home and washed exterior house with hose and cleanser. Jim's Company was courteous, punctual and professional. the price was a little higher than ours but they gave extra attention around the decks that were worn and dirtier than the house itself. I would use them again. The exterior of my home is shiny and has a new shingle look! well pleased.

They were great. They did an excellent job. They had two different teams: one that did the power washing and one that did the staining, and both teams were outstanding. Dino was very quick to respond to my request, and came out to do the bid. He was very responsive initially. His men did everything they said they were going to do. I also signed up for regularly-scheduled gutter maintenance.

My wife and I were very impressed with C A T Powerwashing. After calling for an estimate, a few hours later there was one in our mailbox. Overall, the responsiveness, communication, and promptness in completing the job was outstanding. And, of course, the deck looks terrific! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Dino came out promptly to provide an estimate after I explained what work we needed to have done. The crew came out right on time, answered all of my questions and were ver courteous. The fence was new so it soaked up quite a bit of the stain/paint so the crew had to return a number of times to complete the job (at no extra expense). They were very neat and cleaned up their tools, paint cans, plastic tarps each evening and returned when they said they would. We were very pleased with the final result. We will definitely contact this company again in the future.

Dino (the owner) and his team are simply wonderful! I was in need of a major overhaul on my deck as it needed to be stained. I logged onto Angies list and found several vendors that offered the services in which I needed. After I exchanged a few emails I decided to hire CAT Powerwashing as they were available during the time frame that I needed and they provided great feedback on what needed to be done to complete the project. CAT Powerwashing, was more expensive than other vendors, but they used professional grade products and even showed there accreditation! Dino performed the work as specified and even went above and beyond by cleaning the deck via powerwashing and then applied the deck stain days later. His team even left a few gallons of stain behind! These guys are fair, flexible and professional.

I called three or more companies for estimates. CAT came right away, looked at the 500 square foot deck and left a detailed form with three estimates showing good, better, best of what they recommend in order to maintain it and other services they could do. They also left their business card, a brochure and certificate of the product they were going to use. When I made the decision, we set a time, they came and got it done. They were prompt and professional. The deck is beautiful and I know I will be able to enjoy it for several more years. I would definitely recommend them!

I called for an estimate and gave them my address. I was told the owner would come by and look at my house so he could provide me with an estimate. I received the estimate in 2 days. I called and scheduled the work and it was completed within one week. Two gentleman arrived on time and proceeded to power wash my house. Everything went smoothly and my house looks beautiful again.

They crew arrived on time, were neat, clean, worked all day without many breaks. They returned on Monday to apply the stain. They answered questions along the way.

Called for estimate and my call was returned the same day by the owner. They came for an estimate the next day then did the work the day after. The price was a little more than I wanted to pay. After dealing with an unreliable gutter cleaning service, it was nice to get a quick response to my call and the work performed in such a quick manner. Would definitely use them again.by

On the day of the job the whole outside of the house and walk ways were power washed. The roof was cleaned with a chemical to prevent algae from reoccurring. I noticed that there was a couple of spots on the siding that were darker than the rest of the house and also that the chimney had algae that was not cleaned. I called Christen and told her about the discoloration of the siding and the algae on the chimney. Christen was very polite and had the CAT crew come back twice to fix the problem.

They called me back right away and came for an estimate the same day and took care care of the work a day or two later. They were very quick and efficient.The final was right in line with the estimate they gave me and I was pleased with that price. They cleared out a lot of junk since the gutters hadn't been cleaned in 5 years. They power washed them too. We had some leaking in our kitchen ceiling and after they cleaned everything out there was no further issues with the leakage. One of the gutters at one end of the house would pour out water like a waterfall and they took care of repairing that bent gutter as well.

They are very good. They were very helpful and friendly. They pointed out a few things we could get done to the house that we didn’t notice. They will just come and do the work if you call. They put the bill in the mailbox if you are not home.

Overall everything went well. The gutters are clean and that makes a difference when it rains. The power washing got rid of all the mold and dirty areas and the house looked very clean. The guys answered my questions and did a great job.

The price we show here may seem like a lot, but ours was a huge project. We have a tremendous double-deck with a two-story stair tower, 2 landings and side walls double-sided with diagonal boards top to bottom, that was architecturally designed for us. From Dino's initial response to viewing the structure, it may have been the highest he had to clean and apply sealer as his team needed to use our own over-sized aluminum ladder to reach the side walls. The bottom line is: They did a meticulous cleaning and as soon as weather permitted, were promptly back to apply a high-quality clear preservative. We were very impressed with their professional application and the result. They were also careful of our landscaped grounds directly below the deck area. We will definitely use them again for future cleanings.

The entire process from my initial inquiry to the job finish was painless. Our deck looks great & the exterior of our house spotless. We couldn't be happier. A+++ Highly recommended!!!
