What a wonderful company. Mary Jo sets up scheduling and is the nicest, most professional person around. The deck looks like new and there was a lot of detail work with the railings and stairs. I met the owner and his helper and was completely comfortable with them. We would have them back again!!

They did a great job at a reasonable price.

It's unfortunate that we had a negative experience with Dino and his crew. We did not want to use the "big name" in gutter cleaning, which we had used in our old house, but which we stopped using when we installed gutter guards. I wasn't a fan of gutter guards, so when we put a new roof on our house, we left them off and I found CAT on Angie's List. The main issues were 1) Dino missed his original appointment and showed up randomly several weeks after the scheduled date. 2) We had no idea when to expect the crew to do the cleaning. 3) Our first bill included a substantial "late fee" even though it was our first invoice. I canceled on the spot. I gave Dino a chance to make good and credit the late charge. Literally, as soon as I received an invoice, I paid. He maintained that the payment was late and that's their policy. It wasn't, and my policy is to not do business with dishonest companies. ******* I'm updating my review in light of the response from the company. I tried multiple times to contact somebody. I finally received a call when my payment was received along with a note saying that I was cancelling service. They did an OK job cleaning the gutter, although they did it several weeks later than originally scheduled (they also missed their initial appointment to provide an estimate by several weeks). Not sure why we were charged a late fee based on the originally scheduled date. It strikes me as being somewhat scummy. So, buyer beware and be sure to check your bill. And, rest assured, if they'd offered to waive the fee, we'd still be using them and wouldn't have posted a review.

My experience with CAT was absolutely smooth and stress free. I scheduled an estimate with MaryJo, who is wonderful and received the estimate in a couple of days. I called back and scheduled the service when the weather would cooperate. Mary Jo was in constant contact with me about the service to be provided and the color stain to use. If you are looking for a service that has your best interest first, this is the one to use. You will not be disappointed.

Dino came by the same day I called and gave me a written quote. I hired him on the spot and called his office. I spoke with Mary Jo and scheduled one day to clean and brighten the porch and deck and one day to have them sealed. My porch and deck weren't done for years. Tom came with another fellow (sorry, I don't remember your name!) and took care of everything. They came a day or so early to clean and brighten and then came back about a week later to seal the deck with Wolman Sealing product. It looks beautiful

I live in a multifamily owner occupied house (5 tenants) and our decks were worn out even though its not been very long since it was totally remodeled - we needed help. I am so glad I found this company on Angie's List! Mary Jo, the manager was so helpful and dedicated to making sure all went perfectly. Great customer service! Dino did a fantastic job stripping, powerwashing, making suggestions and applying a better brighter finish on the decks and steps than there was before. In conversations with him - its nice to sense that he actually cares about the wood itself and how to preserve and showcase it in the best way possible. Prompt to return my initial email enquiry but then too busy to call me to discuss the job. Won't be using them despite their good reviews, oh well.

These guys did a great job of washing and staining the deck, however, it took a long time (three weeks) in between the washing and the staining. The delay was mostly due to the weather and somewhat due to scheduling. Every time I called them they were courteous and responsive and got here as promised. Most importantly, the deck looks great and they came back to stain the decking when I asked them to, no if's and's or but's, they were good for their word. Highly recommend.

The pavers and the concrete walk on the side of our house have never looked better. They did a great job. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned as well. They showed up a little late, but I was in contact with the office and they let me know they were going to be a little late. Overall a great job. I will be definitely use C.A.T again the future.

Extremely pleased. House and garage look great! But the deck! It has never looked this good!!! All my bushes and plantings came out fine....NO damage at all. They were very professional, came on time and completed the job quickly. I should mention that I was looking for an extremely short scheduling date and they jumped through hoops to accommodate me. I am very impressed with C.A.T Powerwashing and would give them my highest recommendation.

C A T Power Washing is reliable. They showed up, did their work and they left. I don?t climb up to my gutters to look to see how it worked, so I?ve no idea. The thing that was kind of weird to me was that C A T Power Washing showed up, but I was in my office and I heard somebody on my roof. They had done the work, but they just left. So I didn?t know what was going on since C A T Power Washing didn?t leave any paperwork, so I thought that was kind of bizarre. Apparently, that?s how C A T Power Washing functions. I thought C A T Power Washing was excellent and I think their pricing is reasonable. We find that they have quarterly or semi-annual contracts, so we signed a semi-annual contract with them.

The cost is about $110 for a biannual contract. So far, we are satisfied. They are very good. I said there was a leak at the seam by the corners, but he didn’t detect it. We’ve since had rain and that confirmed that we truly have a leak so we will need them to come back out to fix the leak. We have family members who also use them.

I called in the am to have my gutters cleaned. They were here within 2hours. Could not be happier.

From the first call with Christine, I could tell this company was top notch! They provided an estimate very quickly and the cost was reasonable for the amount of work we had done. Christine was great to work with, we talked a lot as scheduling so much work to be done outdoors in a rainy Spring meant lots of calls and coordination on Christine's part! She was great, kept me posted on what would be done when. The team that came to the house was awesome. This is the first company that I have ever dealt with that didn't need us to be there, they did their job and left NO MESS whatsover! My Husband and I were very impressed. Our front door needed a second coat of paint (it's black and has direct sunlight all day). When I called Christine to tell her, she already knew they needed to come back. The guys on the job told her it would need another coat. That was scheduled very quickly. I happened to be home that day and the guys were great. They also checked everything else they had been done to make sure everything still looked good. Again, they were imcredibly neat. They didn't ask to use our basement sinks to clean their paint like I've had two other "professional" painters ask. I would highly recommend C A T Powerwashing and will use them again on regular basis for Gutter Cleaning and Deck Staining when needed. A great find on Angie's List!

CAT was great. We obtained quotes from 3 Angie list providers. The owner was very professional and Christine who manages the schedule, etc. is fantastic. She is professional and very pleasant and professional. She works around your schedule. The team led by Tom was great. He has many years of experience and allowed us to use our own stain as we like Benjamin Moore custom colors. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Dino , Rich and Crew did an amazing job on both decks, made the two of them look brand new!! Service and Quality was top notch. I am definitely going to use them again for other services they provide. Very professional and always got back to me in a timely matter. Thanks again guys!!!

We contacted C.A.T Power washing to pressure wash our home. Christine was wonderful to deal with. She was very responsive and answered all the questions that I had. They came earlier than expected and completed the job in 2 hours. They did a wonderful job. I would hire them again in a minute

C A T had to uninstall deck lattice work to get access to gas grill connections. The workers were excellent. They came, did the work, cleaned up, left. If they make a mistake they come back and fix it right away.

The house looks great, looks as if the siding was done. Deck look great when first done, but unfortunately it is starting to look just like it did before the cleaning. I am not sure it is their fault or the pollution in the air that settles on the deck. We are going to try cleaning again ourselves and see what happens.

Honestly I hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes a company needs to know that it needs to step up its game. When my basement floods it is almost 100% because of the fact that the gutters are full of debris. This happened near the end of last month, so I called CAT on July 2nd Tuesday and a very nice lady picked up the phone. I told her what I needed and she said that she would have someone come to the house to estimate the cost and then they would leave the estimate in my mailbox. She specifically told me they would have it done by the end of the week either Thursday or Friday. Well Thursday and then Friday came without an estimate in the mailbox. I waited over the weekend to get back to them the following week. Again the nice lady told me that they would leave the quote in my mailbox. A few days later the estimate finally arrived. I called the lady that I agreed with the estimate. She said they would have the job done within a week. So basically from the very first time I called CAT, the job would be done after 3 weeks. I was a little annoyed but at least I knew they would finally be coming. I already planned on a two week vacation so I left the country a few days after that final call, but my mother was informed that CAT would come and leave the invoice in the mailbox after they finished the job. Well, amazingly I returned home from my vacation on July 28 and to my dismay nothing was done! Wow. The gutters are still clogged and there is no invoice in the mailbox. I'm utterly dumbfounded and will not use them ever.

We had a new deck built and a new paver walk installed in May of this year. During the construction I contacted Dino to get a price on staining and sealing the deck after completion. We scheduled this work for mid July. A few weeks after the pavers went in, I began to notice staining which wouldn't come out with water. I contacted the original paver installer (this was another contractor, not Dino) and offered to pay him to clean and seal the pavers. This guy lead me to believe that he would come on an agreed upon Saturday to do the work but he never showed up. So I called Dino to see if he would like to add this work into the deck staining and sealing. He worked up a new price for both the deck and pavers and we scheduled the work. I am a prompt person and I appreciate that trait in others. Dino showed up on time on the start day. He gave me his schedule for completing my job which would be done over 3 days and that was exactly how it got done. The first day was power washing the deck and pavers. The second day was applying the polymetric sand in between the paver joints. The third day was the deck staining and sealing the pavers. His crew took great care in preping my newly sided house with plastic tarps to prevent and stain from getting on the siding. They applied the stain mostly by brush which is very labor intensive but a better way to do it in my estimation as the stain gets applied evenly and without running. They did apply the stain on the deck with a low pressure sprayer but even this was brushed in. I was impressed with the care and workmanship that Dino and his crew used in every facet of my project. All these apply: prompt, professional, friendly, thorough with no compromise work ethic. I will definately contact Dino when another project comes up and I highly recommend him.

What a great experience. After speaking with Christine on the phone to schedule an estimate, someone was out to my house within 48 hours. CAT gave me 3 options for staining the deck, all reasonable prices based on the type of stain and number of applications required. I scheduled an appointment to have them perform the service. The power washing was great. They did a thorough job and were very professional. We ran into some delays with staining the deck, but this was all weather related delay and no fault of CAT. Christine keep me up to date on scheduling and when the weather finally cleared they did a fantastic job. The quality of their work is top notch. I highly recommend CAT Power washing.

The gutter cleaning performed was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We were worried our gutters were not going to be cleaned in time before a storm which would have resulted in water in our basement if not cleaned. We expressed our concern to CAT Powerwashing and they were here to give an estimate and perform their service in less than 48 hours. We will definitely be using them in the near future.
