Description of Work: Our deck is made of monkey wood and needs special products and attention. When booking the striping and staining of our deck my husband TRIED to talk with the gal at the office to let her know. We would have supplied the products. She insisted they knew what to do. The deck has not looked the same. Not good.

Description of Work: We called CAT last spring to get an estimate. We scheduled the job but then realized we could not go ahead because of family events coming up for which we would need the use of the decks. We called back this spring and they honored the original estimate from the previous year. CAT came and powerwashed 3 wooden decks and railings. They then returned once the wood was dry, to sand and stain the wood. It took a total of about 4 days over a time period of a month due to weather issues. They did an impressive job and we were very pleased with the results. The price was about 1/3 of another local powerwash company. Everyone that we dealt with were professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!!
