Description of Work: My automatic garage door which was at least 25 years old began to malfunction. Precision were very helpful, showed up within a short period of time from when I called. I needed a whole new system, cables,pulleys, etc. Knowing how antiquated it was, I really did need to replace the entire system. My schedule didn't permit installing a new system at that time but they came back first thing the next morning and completed the job. Very professional and considerate.

Description of Work: Replacement of my garage door opener, it was done quickly and efficiently. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me both before choosing the replacement and after it was installed. I felt that he helped me make an informed decision.

+ -1 moreThey gave me a good product. They also gave me a lot of good information and made recommendations. They suggested having an outdoor remote and I got that. I really like it and it is still working. The batteries had run down once and they came and replaced them and showed me how I could do it myself.
