+ -1 moreI like PC Richards and they are my appliance sales company of choice. The level of care is outstanding. Now, I own more than eleven properties. I use their services not only to purchase appliances for my own home, but also for the appliances on homes I rent out. The best part of this company is that I deal with the same guy. If I have a need, I pick up my phone, put in a call, and they find exactly what I need in a short period of time. I like the fact I can consistently talk to the same person there. At larger companies, that would not be a viable option for me. I like that consistency. The follow up care is also very good here. The appliances are appliances of quality also.
Description of Work: I have been using PC Richards for years. The last time I was there I got a new refrigerator.
