We had our basement remodeled with the Pilla Group and they did excellent work. They started when they said they were going to, stuck to the timeline that they gave us, and did amazing things with a unique space. We made some changes throughout the process and they responded promptly and were able to accommodate all of our requests. I would highly recommend them and would certainly hire them again if we ever need to do more work in our home.

Overall positive experience, they remodeled my kitchen, and bathroom,basement, fairly priced, worked quickly, they got the job done in the timeline initially estimated, the one small thing is the project manager seemed pretty busy, communication was sometimes not the best, however it did not negatively affect my project, on the plus side he did seem concern with my project coming in on budget. Which to my surprise it did, so I am grateful to them, and would hire them again.

They were by far the best construction company I have had the opportunity to contract for a project. They're team is diligent, and focus on client satisfaction. As real estate investor you are looking for the provider that delivers the most value and by far the pilla group has been a great partner on our projects. They handle everything on the construction side so I can focus on my business. They are always on schedule, and on budget, things that are key for successful re investment project. I hope to continue to work with them, and would highly recommend them.

Great communication with this group. They were flexible and accommodating and brought our vision to life. They also completed the project 2 weeks ahead of time and within our budget! The crew worked tirelessly and even on weekends and were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to all family and friends.

They are the absolute best, we bought a large older home but everything needed to be updated, we interviewed many different firms, they were by far the most professional. They took their time to be as detailed with their estimate as possible, this was important to us since we would be making a significant investment. Our project manager was amazing to work with. Leo, was on top of everything and handles quickly any issue that came up. He was attentive, and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work, the company is lucky to have him. The city really was the biggest obsolete on this project, but they offered creative solutions. We renovated 2 bathrooms, kitchen,basement,and every other inch of the home. The house was unrecognizable, and we love our new space. The best part is we were mostly on budgets, besides some changes made by us. Thanks, for our beautiful home !!!

They are very transparent, professional. We hired them to do a basement remodel. Their work was high quality, and the on-site teams worked very efficiently. The project was on-budget, and ahead of schedule. We hire them again in a heartbeat.

Hired them to remodel basement, they came quickly to give me an estimate, Leo our PM, was thorough, he give us ideas, and opinions that were valuable to the final product, I appreciate their transparent pricing, which was fair, once the work began they were extremely efficient, we had a little of delay with some cabinets, but they did try to advise against them, since it was custom order, even with that they finish on schedule, and without any additional costs. Overall tradesmen were attentive to details, and had a highly quality of work. I would highly recommend them.

After a quick phone call , they came out for an estimate. They provided a detailed estimate, I appreciate their transparency, and the fact they made sure I understood the scope of work. They built a full bathroom, game room, and custom wet bar. The project was done ahead of schedule, and at the price we agreed. I would highly recommend them !

We are really happy we chose this company, they made the process almost painless. The process was well organized, efficient. Great customer service, and detailed estimate. Pricing was fair, this is especially important to us since we hate the "typically hidden cost" or the bait, and switch. We had spent two years researching, and planning this project. Lucky for us our neighbor was also finishing their basement, and we ask them for a walk thru of their project when they finished. The work was amazing. For our project we had them built a full bathroom, kitchen, and office. We were amazed how quickly the onsite staff put together all the pieces. The pm, leo, is an efficiency machine. He communicated with us on a daily basis, and went out of his way to make sure we were more then satisfied. We really appreciated his opinions, and insights since we are far from construction experts. He was essential to the final product.

Amazing, very professional, competitive pricing, and the quality of the work speaks for itself, only small downside is the project manager was not onsite everyday, and the foremen spoke little English, with that said the onsite staff worked very efficiency, and finished project quickly

I have had the pleasure of working the Pilla group a few times. I first contracted them to do a two-story addition to my house, which they did an amazing job. Then hired them to do my kitchen. So when it was time to do my basement there wasn't a doubt who would do the project. I appreciate their up-front pricing, and the thoroughness of their process. Just before we were suppose to begin work on the basement, I had a family emergency and had to leave to Israel. Hector the pm, who managed my previous projects assured me they would take care of everything, and to leave it in their hands. They were more then accommodating to keep me updated, and real time communication was no issue even with the time difference. My trip went on longer then expected, but this was not an issue. To my surprise the project was ahead of schedule and on budget. Their work speaks for itself, and I regularly receive compliments from friends, and families. It's rare that a company keeps getting better with each interaction. I work in finance, and the quote I learned early on is past performance is the best indicator of future performance. We had a great experience with the Pilla Group, the work was completed about five months ago, but I waited to share a review until after we had live in the space for a little while(sorry guys). From inception they stood out from other companies, as they took their time to teach us, not tell us what to do. I loved their detailed estimates with all the cost broken down. I must admit it was one of the best decision I made. All of the teams were very professional, skilled, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I made changes and they were more then accommodating. Any issues or concerns, were promptly addressed. These guys were like a well oiled machine,and our PM Leo stayed on top of every detail. Interviewed many contractors, given I have had my fair share of negative experiences, ended up going with the Pilla Group, I felt reassured as they were detailed oriented, and unlike other companies they did not offer me the moon, and the sun(refreshing). I knew from my sister ,from a project a few years ago, they would actually under-promised and over delivered, and while they were not the cheapest they provided the most value. One complaint is my project manager went on two week vacation, the other pm did not do as good a job with communication, with that said I plan to use them in the future, and would highly recommend

Very insightful, gave us excellent advice from first meeting regarding project scope, and materials selections, the estimate was detailed, and so was their work. we love my new basement, it's now the favorite floor in my house, especially my kids, thanks Leo ,our pm, for finishing on schedule and on budget !

Overall great experience . They were the most professional of any company we encountered, this was evident throughout. They finished the project early which was surprising because we made changes to the project scope, and were told by several other companies the project would take a few months longer, we planned for this, the one complaint would be they finished the project so quickly, so I did not get enough of warning to buy new furniture, in any regard I planned to hire them again, thanks Leo our Project Manager, and the crew.

They did an awesome job finishing our basement, the process was fast and efficient from estimate to project completion ,it was clear from day one they were the most professional ,Leo our project Manager was a great to work with, he made sure we finished ahead of schedule, and mostly on budgets besides some modifications on our part ,will use them again for future projects.

Great people all around, but communication was sometimes an issue, and the remodel took much longer than expected. However, since the job is done, I know I can trust their work, and I'll be using them for more projects in the future.

This company (the Pelligroup) did a fantastic job from day one they let me know what was going on and what they were going to be working on the guys work was done in a professional manner they had the job done ahead of schedule and on budget the guys worked hard and pretty fast I would recommend the Pelligroup to anyone who has a house project they needed done in a timely manner buy professionals I have a few other projects I need done and I will be calling them back so thank you again Pelligroup

Very honest, communication is terrific, very hardworking. They worked with me as I was trying to restore my family room to a livable area again after damages done by Ida.

Hector (one of the owners of the Pilla Group) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He worked with me to try to get the best price and was patient with my indecisiveness on the floor choice. Our bamboo wood floor was water damaged and he offered cost saving solutions to allow me to have a fixed living room floor and even finished my closet with new vinyl floors! Very timely with responses and very communicative with shipping delays. Would definitely hire again!

Me, and my husband were looking to purchase a new home due to staying more often home in the pandemic, however our dream homes were way out of price range, so we decided the best way forward is to build our dream home current home, after researching the scoop of the work required we decided the most important thing was finding a quality contractor, given the tremendous investments we would undertake, we took multiple bids, choosing the contractor was the hardest part, we ended up going with the Pilla Group as they were thorough with the process it would entail, costs, and issues we could face, we remodelled the kitchen, bathrooms, basement, bedrooms,dining room, office. The whole project took 2 months, but it was well worth the uncomfort of living in a construction zone (would not recommend to anyone or do again !), when issues arose it was great having their team handle any obstacles we faced, I would also recommend doing a lot of research to understand the cost of a project this large, thanks to the crew, and especially Leo, the project manager, who was a pleasure to work with !
