I was pleasantly surprised when I called the office on Monday and actually spoke to someone. Christine was professional, extremely friendly and accommodating. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. The electrician arrived as scheduled and was extremely competent as well as personable. From this point on, Wire Wiz is our go to electrician! Excellent experience and will refer to ALL of my friends.

Bill and Mike showed up on time and were very professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They even swept out the bathroom and removed the debris that had fallen. 100% satisfied. The price was lower than what was quoted.

It went great. They really listened up front to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted. They went out of their way to track down fixtures that matched existing lighting. The job was done in a timely manner with professional results. At one point they suggested that we change a fixture that they had just installed that they felt did not give enough light in a certain area. This did not add to the cost of the job. The owner Michael did the work and worked with our work schedules.

They arrived for the quote timely. Started the service immediately to get a jump start on all the work. All that come to do the work were very professional and did awesome work. They had some roadblocks and involved me in the decision every time which I appreciated. I'm very pleased with my new lighting by such a professional company and will use them in the future. Highly recommend!

Great. It started with a phone call that was answered by a live and personable lady. The service provider , David, was on time and performed the work to our complete satisfaction. Will definitely be scheduling additional repairs.

It took Steve 5 hours to install a ceiling fan... I had to ask them to clean up after themselves... they left a box of trash in the bathroom as well. he had the audacity to tell me he was short changed after making a mess on a newly installed powder room floor - never putting down a drop cloth on anything,. I will never use them again and in fact I feel we should have been reimbursed since he was there so long and we had to forego dinner because we were not able to do anything., He definitely should come off of Angie's List.

Dave from Wire Wiz arrived at his scheduled time and carefully went item by item down our list through the house and prepared an estimate. He then performed several of the repairs. The following day he came by with parts that he needed and finished the jobs from the list. Very painless - very professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use A.W.W. again.

the contract was done by phone and email- The day they were expected they couldn't come, then we had rain so it was done a week later, inspected and finished.

No explanation or apology was given for delay

I had an outlet fire. The local fire dept. said an electrician should be called immediately. Found Wire Wiz on Angie's list and called. They were very prompt sending an electrician the next working

The owner of the company came out and performed the work himself. He completed the job in the time he had estimated, checked all electrical switches and outlets, and made sure the area he worked in was clean before he left.

I called to get some electrical work done. I was informed that there is $145 charge to come and give an estimate. Seems like this company is taking advantage of the Sandy volume of work.

It went smoothly from start to finish.

Needed to order new socket from the light manufacturer. Electrician offered to return to re connect the light at a reduced rate after the part arrives.

The work was performed with precision and neatness. Michael Darragh, the owner, did the work personally and detected an error on the part of the well installer who had installed the wrong power pump. When that was corrected, Mr. Darragh returned and completed his work immediately. I had the pleasure of using the services of Michael Darragh some years ago when I lived in Philadelphia. He was professional, punctual and remarkably helpful in suggesting solutions to the wiring problems of an old house. I was delighted to learn that he had relocated to the shore area. Since then, I have used only Wire Wiz for all my electrical needs in my new house - recessed lighting, extra outlets, outside lighting. The professionalism that I admired so much in Philadelphia has been transferred to the new company; all of the WIre Wiz electricians who have performed work for me show the same courtesy and meticulous working habits that Mr. Darragh has always displayed.

I called Wire Wiz on 12/12 to ask for an estimate for the work I needed done. Their service person came later that day, surveyed the work, and said the estimate would be ready and emailed to me within a day or two. The office called and emailed me an estimate for $1090 and said they could do the work on the following Monday (12/19). The same service person came at the the scheduled day and time. He worked approximately 7 1/2 hours. He accomplished exactly what I asked for, was professional, neat, and polite. He explained exactly what he had done. The bill was for the exact amount of the estimate. Billing and payment was done by phone using my credit card. I was given a recipt and told that an emailed confirmation would follow.

Went great. On time, explained everything. Not over estimate.

They completed the job to our satisfaction, cleaned up after themselves, and did the job very well.

Overall it went well. Had to come back to fix a few things and the first inspection failed but other than that everything went ok.

We had a great experience from start to finish.
