Excellent service. Techs knew their stuff and were on time and installed 2 outlets in less time than I expected. This is a professional outfit and I will certainly use their services again.

There was an issue the way the wires were positioned for the electricians to install and the professionals that they are, were able to get it done without damaging the new paint job. They were thorough and very pleasant.

The job went very well. The electrician was very professional and friendly. Completed all the jobs and upon completion walked me around and showed me what he did and tested everything. He cleaned up after he was done. I would definately hire them again.

Michael arrived on time and did a terrific job installing new outlets above our cabinets along with a new switch to control them. His work was meticulous, he even vacuumed the work areas and the basement when he was done! Plus, he is such a nice person to talk with. You cannot ask for better, more qualified service, by the nicest people! We would not hesitate to hire WireWiz again for any of our electrical needs. We highly recommend Michael and his team to provide the best electrical expertise along with prompt and courteous service. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Friendly, responsive team but would not use again for any larger scale electrical job. Came in with low estimate to win the business and final price was double initial estimate. This full rehab I was managing from a long distance. Without direct oversight of the work and quality, things were missed, overlooked and done sloppily. They made the corrections but it wasn’t until after we realized things were done incorrectly. Probably fine to use for small electrical updates/repairs but I would not recommend for a full electrical rewiring or install.

Great workers were though and professional

The ceiling fan light was quickly fixed. The outside outlets were replaced, but did not provide power to the pond . When the electrician left, it was my understanding that the underground wire needed to be replaced between the outside outlets. This would require digging a trench to get to the underground wire That turned out to NOT be needed and once the new outlet providing power was properly wired by my brother, power was on! The electrician and Virginia (an owner) were professional. Virginia refunded the full payment quickly and offered other services for free due to my experience. She was the reason the rating was not D or F. I would use Wire Wiz in the future based upon Virginia's handling of the situation.

Dan from Wire Wiz did an amazing job with installing the 2 circuits in our unfinished basement. He carefully ran and hid all the wires behind our insulation. It was a professionally done job and he even cleaned up afterwards. Based off this experience, I would recommend Wire Wiz to anyone needing electrical work done.

Called on a Tuesday afternoon, was given a base price for install and a second price in case new wiring needed to be run. I was told they would have someone at my house between 9 and 10am on Wednesday. They showed up around 9:30am went right to work. They had the ceiling fan up and running within the hour. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I woudl definitely use them again

Dan figured out that there was a short in the wall between an outlet and a switch. He ran new wire and fixed the problem in no time.

Really nice job. The office people were wonderful (Virginia was especially helpful in finding the correct fixture). But everyone was very nice - from the first installers that came out to the guys who finished the indoor work - all friendly and professional. Oh, and there was one problem i found after they'd left, where a 3-way switch didn't work as a 3-way anymore... I called them and they were at my house the next day - fixed in minutes. I'd definitely recommend. Things don't have to go perfectly - you just have to back up your work, and they do.

Called at 5:30pm to try and setup an appointment for the next day. The man on the phone sounded like he was from an answering service. I gave him my info and he said he would mark it a urgent and have someone get right back to me. 21.5 hours later and still have not received a phone call. I will only call a company once. If you don't have the courtesy to call me back, I will move on to another company. Disappointed.

I will only call Wire Wiz for any electrical need. The quality work, responsiveness, follow through from initial call to completion of job are second to none. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Very well. It began with intermittent blinking lights.Mike systematically isolated the issue to a bad service cable. He upgraded meter box, cleaned up some sub-standard work that was performed by a different contractor and made connections to the new service cable. Great follow up after the job was complete. Excellent company to do business with.
