Description of Work: Rewired and newly wired several rooms. They were very professional did everything needed and more. I would use them again in a second.

Description of Work: This is an excellent company to do business with and we will do business with them in the future. Most of the charges were fair and reasonable, however the cost of some items, for example, replacing a single gang light switch was, in my humble opinion, a little on the high side. That being said, the quality of their work was exceptional and outstanding and the entire experience ( from first contact and throughout the process) was first class all the way. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Called to schedule an appointment for a quote, no return call. After 3 follow up calls to them - will check the schedule and call you back - no call back. On my last attempt was told 6 miles to my house was out of their range and too far. VERY arrogant - would not use them!

Description of Work: ceiling fan replaced in one room & bathroom exhaust replaced. work started the last saturday in October and didn't show up until 4 pm. it was my understanding when i made the appt that i would be able to run to the hardware store to get parts or a new fan for the bathroom fan while the other fan was being replaced, but since the tech came so late, only the ceiling fan was replaced. he was very professional & did a great job. I then made several appointments where i waited at home & no one showed up. i was told that it was my problem for scheduling in the afternoon. so i made an appt for first thing in the morning dec 1 since i was having lunch company. when no one had showed up by 10:30 i called & was told the tech went somewhere else first. when he arrived around 11, he didn't really seem to be too knowledgeable. he installed the exhaust fan, showed me the light was working & left. i realized later that he had taken the box & all of the paperwork that went with the fan( i just thought he had put it in my trash bin.) i really don't think the exhaust fan is working(it's a very small bathroom &though the fan is directly over the shower, the room is completely steamed up when i shower) but i have no idea how it is supposed to work since i have no paperwork. i really don't have the time to wait around again for them to return & i really expect that they would just send him back to say the fan is working. i had no intention of writing a review thinking that maybe the storm(sandy) had stretched this company to it's limits, but i keep getting emails to write it

Description of Work: my entire electric supply box was replaced. it problaby saved our lives. when the electrician removed the box cover to addanother plug for me, both of our mouths fell when we saw that the main service cable was burned and sort of welded to the back of the box ! he said that circut breaker never tripped, a common problem for that cheap brand. this started as only replacing a few plugs and adding a line. no one expected this. he got in his truck got the parts/came back,did the whole job neatly , correctly, on the spot. all is/was great !!
