 + 0 moreOne of the best experiences I have ever had with a repairman.
Description of Work: Called them to do two things - fix a leak in the basement pipe coming from my washer and replace my eight year old water heater. A real person answered immediately and gave me an appointment for the next morning at 8:30. They offered to come that afternoon but I had to go to work. Arrived 10 minutes early, pleasant, professional, an no nonsense. Assessed the situation, told me what he needed to do to fix the washer-(run a new pipe), looked at the water heater and said I didn't need a new one, that he could simply replace the element at a much lower cost , and gave me a prognosis on how long the old one might last based on its condition. I chose to repair the old one.He did the agreed upon work quickly, competently and neatly. A joy from beginning to end. How often is a tradesman ethical enough to offer you a cheaper option ? USE THESE PEOPLE!
