Chris and his assistant James arrived on time as planed. They started to work as soon as they arrived. Chris reviewed with me the complete job. He estimated the work would take between 3 or 4 hours and in was done in 3.5 hours. I felt the work was completed with high quality of craftsmanship and care. I would recommend their work to my friends.

The workers were very nice and seemed honest but I know we paid top dollar because of it being a leak and need for new unit. . Also had added charge of $250 to just move the water line a couple of inches up to accomodate a taller unit. Overall we got 17 years out of our old unit so not complaining. Just be prepared to pay $1500 for an emergency install.

They participate in the NJ American Water Company's protection plan. Customer responsible for $50 copay only, if covered. This was covered

ASAP called me back right away and was there on time as scheduled. Their quality of work and service was fine, but they are very expensive. It was kind of an emergency and didn't have time to negotiate, but they were easily the highest bid by far.

workers are on the ball,the plummer explains what he is going to do and also during, if thiers a problem thay will find it.....they will be my choice if any proplems arise.

ASAP Plumbing did an excellent job replacing old cooper piping under a condo crawl space with pex lines as well as replacing the main with pex . The technician was on time and very courteous. Their price was very competitive.
