Prompt in answering and making appointments. Techs have a very good manners and ready to help. I very much like the fact that they will deduct the charge from the first appointment if you give them the job. (who does that today?) It felt great to treated like the customer.

I am American Home Shield (AHS) customer. My water heater gave out on 23 June. 13 days later AHS still hadn't moved on replacing it. I took action myself, and reached out to ASAP, and they promptly called me back; the same day. They replaced my water heater; the same day.

After our 20-year-old water heater failed (leaking all over the basement), ASAP Plumbers were able to come out quickly and set us up with a new water heater. It seemed a bit expensive at the time, but no complaints as work was done quickly and was very professional.

Blocked drains, they called to notify us they were on the way. After inspecting our pipes they gave us a cost and time estimate of how long the job would take. Workers were very polite and friendly and did a great job.

Our kitchen garbage disposal drain was clogged. This guy came out and snaked it. Then he said they would have to cut into the walls the next day to cut the pipe. I said no because he didnt know where to start cutting the pipe. I cleaned the disposal that night and it now runs perfectly. I paid the plumbing company $379 for nothing. Plus i would have been a lot more with them haphazardly sawing pipes and cutting into the wall
