The appointment was easy to schedule. The service technician showed up as scheduled and was very professional. He was very thorough and provided excellent feedback on issues found during his inspection. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you for the excellent service provided.

Their response was great. I left a voice message and e-mail thru this site with them 8pm Monday night. Next morning a women called and said they would have a tech stop by today. About 45 minutes later a tech called and said he was in the area and pulled up. I explained the problem, hoping it was the capacitor preventing the outside unit from turning on. He tested it and gave me the good news it was defective. He then replaced it. Very prompt and professional. The cost of the part since I researched that as a possibility was a little high, $105 but everything else was very good.

Showed up on time as promised and was shown property. We have existing gas service and wanted to expand service for new range, dryer and to set up an outdoor fixture for the patio. I was not there but my wife was given the impression that it was an easy job and should have an estimate by email shortly. That was Friday morning. I called Monday and was told that it takes at least a week for an estimate. Why? They were told we were getting new appliances at the end of the month. I had to find someone else. Still no estimate.

Everything went smoothly. The mechanic was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgable about different heating systems.

I said to go ahead with the repair and they never returned.

Tech had an emergency that delayed the appointment time, but I was contacted by the office in advance and was given a new appointment time which was kept.

Outstanding work. He was prompt, patient, and professional. Really knew what he was doing. I will ask for the same service tech next year.

They called me to say they were in the are and could come out the same day if it was convenient for me. Which was great! As always the servicemen are always very polite and helpful.

The technician arrived within 1 hour which was great since we had no heat. Adam the technician was professional fixed the issued and showed me the part that was defective. I was operational with heat in less than 1 hour. Great job! Thanks

I called Conn Mechanical first thing in the morning; my AC was not working properly. They advised someone would be out in about an hour. And true to that, Steve arrived within that hour. He was efficent and pleasant, fixing it quickly. My air-conditioning unit was restored to its full cooling capacity! I would absolutely reccomend this company to anyone, they were great! Oh, and price was very reasonable. I had expected to pay quite a bit, and was greatly relieved that was not the case.

The leak was not fixed the first visit ,they had to come back and reassess where leak coming from

He was prompt and professional. Ed wasn't just a salesman like you get with some other companies. While I didn't end up going with their proposal, it was more than a fair price. I would definitely use them for future service or if my current provider falls through.

Arrived exactly at the time stated. Service man was very polite and professional. Will definitely contact Conn Mechanical Systems again for any AC/Heating related issues.

It was wonderful! The workman was on time, very professional and nice. He had to go into our crawl space (never a fun time) for part of the work and cleaned out the drain line that fed into the sump pump. We never would have known if he did that or not! He also waited while my husband ran to the hardware store to buy a new filter since it is difficult for us to get into the crawl space. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for my other mechanicals and plumbing.

The serviceman thoroughly examined the heating unit and determined that a part had previously leaked and subsequently had been replaced. The rust resulted from initial leak but did not effect the operation or effectiveness of the system. The serviceman thoroughly cleaned the heating element on the hot water heater then checked the flue for any obstructions including going into the attic to make sure that the the flue was clear to the roof.

I called them at 8:15am in the morning and they were there by 10:00am. They determined that a part had gone bad on my heater. They found out that the part was under warranty (but not the labor) and they took care of ordering the part and all the warranty paperwork involved and they weren't even the original installer of the heater!!!! As soon as the part arrived, they were there the next day to install it. The technician was polite and explained to me exactly what was happening. The office staff was very responsive and on the ball. I will definately use them again if needed.

My experience with CMS was delightful, I called them around 9 am and they told me they could come that same day and within the matter of a couple hours. They were right on, because they use a fleet tracking system they were precise with their techs location and arrival time. He arrived with a very clean and neat appearance, good attitude, and pleasant demeanor. He went up in my attic being careful not to disturb anything in my home while bringing in his ladder. He quietly did his check, came down explained what happened, and went back up to finish the repair. He was there a total of an hour and was very informative, polite, and didnt try to sell me any unnecessary extras. I was extremely pleased with the amount of info i was given on my unit and the quick yet thorough inspection.

They were very reasonable with their pricing. The gentleman that came is the owner and he followed up on all his guys. He made sure that the job was done. They came out on time. He was very reliable, when he said he was going to be here, they were here. They did wonderful.

Conn's workers and technicians were at all times professional. They did the work they indicated to fix the system and they delivered what they promised. Also, they made certain they cleaned the area of debris.

I first used him to install a geothermal system at my mothers house. I met with several contractors and decided to go with Conn Mechanical for several reasons. 1 Dealt directly with the owner. 2. Ed always followed through on his promises. He was always there when he said he would be there and had a very professional crew. 3. Very knowledgeable about his product and services. You can tell he is really into it, and very well informed on his trade. He had more accreditation's than any of the other contractors I met with. 4. Very accommodating. I am very up front that I am a picky customer and can be quirky about the way I want things done. Conn mechanical always went above and beyond for me. 4. Best value. Conn Mechanical was not the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt they were the best value. They use very high quality equipment and materials and their employees are very professional. I am a firm beliver that you get what you pay for, and am very satisfied with the system my mom received. I was so impressed with the work performed at my mother's house I used them again to install a geothermal system in my own home. Conn mechanical designed and installed a system that kept my home extremely comfortable during the heatwaves this summer, all while using minimal amount of electricity because of the efficient nature of the system. They also ran all my plumbing, instant hot water system, water softner system, and gray water system. Ed even came over himself and did some excavating and trenching for me!
