I could not be happier with the service. They were on time, very polite and professional. My home is 38 years old and so are the windows which had not been cleaned in a long time. I have had them cleaned in the past, but never had them turn out looking this amazing. They did a phenomenal job for a very fair price. This company was a pleasure to work with in every way; highly recommended.

They did a nice job. Windows are sparkling clean. They arrived on time, worked neatly, quietly, and professionally.

They did a very good job. The took down all screens and cleaned all window sills as well. Couldn't beat the price. We did an Angie's List Big Deal for 10 windows and they matched the price to do the remaining windows. The only reason I gave a B for quality was because I went behind them with a screwdriver wrapped in a towel to get the remaining dirt in the sliding door. Most people wouldn't notice it, but I am extremely attentive to the details. Overall, we were very happy with the service and we would use them again.

I signed up for a "special", plus extra windows. Two fellows cleaned windows outside, inside, tracks, sills, frames, and even removed spots that weren't removed for years. Guys were polite, personable, and completed the job promptly and very efficiently. One of the best services I ever used. Will definitely use Thompson again and will request same fellows, if possible. Really excellent experience.

A few days earlier two men came to the house and told me in a derisive manner that the price wasn't enough. I sent them away. I later spoke with the office and two different men came on the 17th of Aug. The young man in charge knew what he was doing and while he did the job as required, he had to spend time telling the second man how to wash a window. The second man was someone chosen that day to "fill in". The price I had agreed to (over the $200 coupon) would have been excessive even if they did the job correctly. However, the equipment they used for the outside upper floor windows was defective resulting in a sloppy job. After they left I found that in half the windows, the sills were still filthy, the screens were not cleaned nor had they been replaced in the window frame. I emailed the office requesting remediation, but there was no reply. I had in my previous house the same number of windows. The price for the same service was a third of the price I paid Thompson, was done by a team of professionals, in less time, and resulted in a job so well done, I had people ask me for their name so that they could hire them. Unfortunately I have moved out of the range (Essex/Bergen/Passaic) of their service.

They called to let me know they were at the house since I was at work. When they were done they called to let me know of a couple areas that wouldn't come clean. Workers sounded very professional

My experience with them was just okay. Certain spots you can tell that it was power washed. They kind of just moved a lot of dirt around. Both of my sliding glass doors were covered in mud and they just left it like that.

Started out very rocky; they 1st came and did a very quick power wash which was not asked for (instead of the window cleaning) which damaged my freshly stained front door (that I had to then redo and incur more cost). What saved this rating for them was the courtesy of the woman setting the appointments, who was extremely apologetic and rescheduled the window washing - which was later completed satisfactorily. I'll chalk the initial issue up to an isolated event and would use them again. The mark of a decent business is always to make sure the client is satisfied at the end, and they did do that.

The job was very good. They did not do the screens which I guess I mistakingly thought was part of job.

They were very neat, pleasant, efficient, and unobtrusive. I will definitely be using them again.

On May 27, 2015 I purchased via Angie's List a deal on power washing. On the Angie's List page I know I entered "8 Hawthorne Road Kendall Park NJ" (My Mother's home address) for the power washing. On June 18, the Thompson Touch Window Cleaning company cleaned my home, 71 Stillwell Road Kendall Park NJ. A neighbor alerted me to the service and when I contacted the company they said the only address they had was for 71 Stillwell Road. I specifically ordered the service for 8 Hawthorne Road. Can you look back into your database and explain how this error occurred? Incident Reference #150619-001216

Came on time. Were professional and polite. Asked if any specific areas were concerned and made sure those areas were cleaned thoroughougly. Had some issues with equipment but informed me about the problems then finished the job with little delay. Good deal overall. Only complaint once that we have a split level so a portion of siding can only be cleaned from the roof. They only cleaned from the ground. I was going to say something but they had already been back and forth fixing the equipment, etc.

In all fairness, two employees came out and powerwashed on a day when it was raining, so kudos to them. But... They came without a tool which would allow them to reach the top of my house, so right now the corners of the front of my house are not clean, but the rest of the exterior siding is clean. The decks were done with a circular buffer of some sort, but the corners were not power washed with a wand, so it looks amateurish. The stand alone garage was power washed on three sides - and those three sides look great. But, they didn't power wash the rear side of the garage AT ALL. I asked them to do the driveway, and after some consulting with their boss, they agreed to do it for the original price - although they claimed that it wasn't in the original estimate. They powerwashed the driveway, but i could have achieved the same results with a hose. Again, it was raining all day, so I get it - I wouldn't want to be in the rain working outside either. But, now that everything is dry, I can really see the results. The siding of my house and garage looks bright and clean (except for the top corners). The decks are cleaner (again, except for the corners, which weren't touched at all). The leaves and debris are off my driveway, but dirt and moss remain. A good job, but the detail work wasn't done sufficiently. Other than that, they two guys who did the work could not have been more pleasant and punctual.

It was great. Juan Sanchez called to introduce himself while he was on the way to our house. He arrived 10 minutes early! He cleaned all of our windows ( we have a two story 2500 square foot home) very efficiently and thoroughly. I would highly recommend this company for their prompt response to my question on Angie's List, their fair price and the promptness, professionalism and quality of their work.

They were very quick to respond, quote, and schedule. The work was great - nice to see our Manhattan view through clean glass again. They got 1 demerit for being over an hour late, but we know NY/NJ traffic can be tough and unpredictable at morning rush hour.

Mixed review for Thompson Touch. The storms were taken out and thoroughly cleaned. The outside windows were cleaned very well. My complaint is that when they took out the storms, they did not clean out the peep holes so in a couple of cases water came into the house as the water could not get through the peep holes. Fortunately we were home and was able to mop up the mess before any damage occurred. One area was my daughter's bedroom, her carpet was soaked. Even more serious was the water entering our living room which has real hardwood floors. Effort was put forth on our part to clean up the mess with our own towels and then have to clean a load of towels in our washing machine. I assumed as a professional cleaning service that something like this wouldn't happen but that goes to show about assumptions. The window sills were supposed to wiped down, some were, some weren't. And the inside windows weren't all clean either especially the wood panes. Overall, I would rate the job OK because of the inconsistency. But because of the mistake with the flooding, I would not consider hiring them again.

They did a great job and believe me my house was filthy! Dan and Constantine were the best!! They went above and beyond!
