 + -1 moreIt didn't work out at all. They didn't provide any service. I called them ahead of time because I wanted the service done on Columbus Day. I called them ahead of time to see if they were available and he said they were open. I booked the appointment. On Thursday or Friday before the appointment, she called to cancel and reschedule but I couldn't reschedule it for any other time. They shouldn't confirm and cancel two days before the appointment. He called me a million times afterwards but there was nothing left to discuss. Price was fair.

 + 0 moreOverall, it went very well. There were a couple of dried on stains from bird droppings that did not come completely off with the pressure washer, but they were low enough to the ground that I was able to remove them with a scrub brush. Everything else cleaned up very well.

 + -1 moreVery nice young men. Overall windows were cleaned well. My only issue was that sills were also supposed to be cleaned at the same time and 4 out of 13 were not done. I didn't realize until they had left. I'd use them again but would be sure to inspect before they left.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. I had to call them and make an appointment so they could work with my schedule, but it wasn't long. There were no additional charges. He even cleaned the window that I didn't ask him to do because he happened to be in the area. I thought the cost was very reasonable. I would consider using them again.

 + 0 moreVery responsive, they called several times to schedule the work but I wasn't ready. on quality, some windows WOW, never saw them so clean, others not so much but to be fair they said that they couldn't get to some because the windows would not tilt in. Same with the house, some areas not as good as I would have liked, but looks much better. Still, overall very pleasant, well supplied. Would use again.

 + -1 moreThe service person arrived..told me about the extra charge...again no problem. I asked how long the entire power washing would be, he told me 90 minutes...I thought that it sounded a little fast because 6 months ago I hired a company off Angie's list that were incredible..they did my decks and sidewalks and they were here 6 hours...well I figured he must know what he's doing I was home the entire time. Now it's been a few days and I got a chance to look over the entire house..he wasn't on my roof and there is a section of siding that can only be reached by getting on this roof to Power Wash this section..I went along the back and most of the upper areas of the siding were never cleaned. Overall the quality of the work was sub par.
Description of Work: Powerwasher my house...they determined there would be an additional $100 charge because the house exceeded the offer...which was determined viewing my house through Zillow. I had no problem with that...the issue is the quality of work...

 + -1 moreThe service was okay. The guy was just spraying from the first floor. He did not get up on the ladder. It I really did not. It is like a quick cleaning. It was not super thorough, but it did the job. I thought it was mediocre. I did pay more than the Big Deal $239 because apparently he had to shoot up to the third floor so I had to pay an extra $100. He was pretty responsive.

 + -1 moreTHEY TOLD ME THE POWER WASH NOZZLE WAS BROKEN BUT THEY COULD STILL USE IT. THIS RESULTED IN AN INFERIOR WASHING OF THE HOUSE AND OVERSPRAY ON MY CAR AND DRIVEWAY OF CHEMICALS WHICH DAMAGED BOTH. I AM ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND.
Description of Work: I purchased a deal from angies list for Home Exterior Pressure Washing, and made an appointment to have the work done. two men came at the scheduled appointment, and told me that my home had mostly surface dirt and that it would be an easy clean, no anticipated problems. After 20 minutes of quiet, i went to check on them, since they were supposed to be working. they stated that the nozel on their hose was malfunctioning. they told me they would be able to continue with the work despite the issue with the hose. to make a long story short, i questoined them about stains that remained on the back on the house, and was told that i would have to get a special cleaner to remove those stains. i asked them, dont you carry those cleaning products, since you are a company who does such work, and they stated,"no", it would be my responsibilty. little did i know, that the issue with the hose would result in the chemical coating my car from the overspray,. these same chemical also appeared to have been poured down my brand new, 2 month old asphalt driveway, leaving stains. i have contacted the company shortly after they left, and was told they would look into it and get back to me the next morning, i have yet to hear from them.
