I did not use providers service and dont know what is the quality of work But responsiveness is zero. I left message on Monday morning ( Aprill 18). Today is Thursday - April 21 - not a single response

Provider washed widows and gave estimate for some extra work Most of windows were cleaned well except some areas around frames that I needed to finish myself

Very well. I was very pleased and my windows are now sparkling in the spring sunlight. They were professional, efficient, and completed things in good order. I highly recommend them to others.

Each window has 5 panes except for 8 which have 8 panes. They're old windows and the house had undergone a major renovation with dust everywhere. They charged $18/ window because some had paint on them. They did a beautiful job and were very careful. Put plywood on the yard before putting down the ladder because we had just put down grass seed. They moved up the date for us when the landscaper told us the original date would be bad for the lawn. They were really terrific.

Spoke with Danielle after taking advantage of the 10 windows for $139 Angies List deal. She was great to work with- especially after explaining my time frame and work that I needed done. Since there were more than 10 windows in need of cleaning, she gave me a competitive price for my additional windows and set of patio doors. She also told me what time to expect someone for the windows and someone for the deck power washing. Jessie arrived earlier than expected for the power washing, which was great (and Danielle had called me in advance to let me know ). The window guys arrived about an hour later from another job. Everyone did a great job, but I was extremely impressed with how the deck turned out, given the mildew and dirt built up from the fall and winter. I was told about future discounts as a return customer, and based on their work, I will be scheduling a cleaning of the walkways, fence,and concrete area around my pool.

Purchased the Special Deal for cleaning 10 windows for $139. Thompson Touch came on time to the appointment. Did a great job cleaning the windows. Will use them again.

The day it was scheduled, no one showed up because there was a mechanical/vehicle problem. The job was rescheduled and performed. The staff was friendly.

Went very poorly. Following the initial service, the vinyl siding of my home was covered with brownish water stains. Also, the service man parked his truck in my driveway ( newly paved 6 months ago) and spilled cleaning solution onto the asphalt which left large stains. After sending photos to the provider's office and after numerous attempts to arrange a response, the provider sent the same service man back today, April 6, 2016. He did a second power wash of the siding and attempted to remove the stain from the driveway. Both efforts failed to correct the condition. The service man said he was sorry but that there was nothing else he could do and that he would have to speak to the owner. I am requesting dispute resolution assistance in this matter.

They did a great job. The house hadn't been cleaned in a very long time and the North side of the house faces a street and was covered in dark stains. They showed up when they were supposed to and the house looks great.

the three workers were courteous, efficient, and professional - the work was excellent. quote provided by the office (I called them to discuss details of the job and their angie deal) was inaccurate so the price was higher than anticipated. although I paid for the angie deal in advance, more money was due once the workers viewed the house. that said, the total amount seemed like the going rate based on info from my local friends' experiences with window washers.

Manny did an excellent job! He left the windows and screens really clean. He was also very careful -- no water slopped on our wood floors. He was thorough -- sills and frames were cleaned better than with some window washers in the past. And he was highly professional -- courteous, punctual, no idle chit-chat. And at the outset he made sure he understood what I expected and if there were any special things he should know. I will use this company again in the future. In fact, I'll ask them to assign Manny to our job - he's the best.

Great communication, prompt service, excellent results

Jesse arrived promptly in a clean, professional-looking van with the company name proudly displayed. After reviewing the area to be power washed, Jesse went right to work. This was a Big Deal for a house pressure wash. Jesse did a great job, paying close attention to the stone wall around my garage, which I requested. These decorative stones were coated with mildew, mold, moss and algae -- quite an eyesore. Jesse used a higher pressure to get them clean, and now they are beautiful!! Jesse worked so hard, and was so pleasant and professional. I can't praise Jesse enough; he is a definite asset to the company. I would use this company again, and in fact I am already arranging for them to come back and clean my windows!

I had received a quote from another company for a soft wash of the house a week earlier, when I got this deal on Angie's list. The other quote was for $375 plus tax (which was the "old" price for previous customers). Thompson did an OUTSTANDING job for $239. If it wasn't for the fact that we are moving out of state, I would always use Thompson!

The guys were great -- punctual, courteous, and kept to a good pace. Customer service on the phone was great too. Unfortunately, I live in an older home and so I had to pay more per window because of the true-divide nature and triple track storms. I ended up cleaning the storms on the lower level myself in order to keep the cost down. I had chosen a "deal" that my windows weren't really eligible for. Not their fault -- and they were great with me on the phone while we ran the numbers/window to come up with a price that I could live with.

The techs showed up when scheduled. They examined my house, which has painted aluminum siding, and expressed skepticism that the power washing would be effective. They tried a sample spot, and sure enough, it didn't work in my case. They told me to call their office to arrange a refund, a process that went smoothly. Although they couldn't do the work, I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism.

They didn’t do the best job. The kitchen windows, they are still off and they didn’t do it right. I never called and complained about it. I just let it go. He was here a long, long time and I just would not call them again.

they called and came on time. professional crew. sprayed the cleaning chemical and then washed it down. then went around to check any spots left again. I noticed and pointed one out, and they happily put the cleaner and washed it.

It was good. They used a hose and just sprayed the outside with it. As clean as it could be, it certainly isn't sparkling. I have cleaned from the outside with a hose myself. The price was excellent.

I have been using Thompson Touch for a few years now - most recently, Manny and James washed all my windows, glass doors and screens. They were on time, did a great job and were extremely pleasant and professional. I'll definitely schedule them for my next "cleaning" frenzy.
