Description of Work: Crew of two men came to power wash my home. They arrived at 8:30 am just as scheduled. They set up their equipment quickly and checked with me to make sure all windows were closed and make sure my dogs were inside. They started in rear of house and worked their way around. Job took maybe an hour. House came out very clean. They even wiped aluminium trim around the windows too. Great job. I'm very satisfied.

Description of Work: Washed 12 windows on sun porch, both sides and cleaned the screens Also washed the outside of two front house windows. Only problem, they arrived two hours early because they were in the area. It worked out. Job seems fine but waiting for the sun to shine at an angle so we can double check. However, they also did this last year and it was a-okay.

Description of Work: Powerwashed house and deck with wood deck furniture and cleaned all 12 windows inside and out. There was a slight mixup on arrival time but they gave me a gift certificate to make up for the inconvenience. They explained everything before they did it and did a nice job. No fuss no muss. |

Description of Work: First time had special $139 for 10 windows outside on March 12. They were very good so decided to have the rest of my windows down outside plus my inside windows (total 18) They did a really good job. They were professional, punctual and took their time. Definitely using them again in 6 mos to do the outside windows. Would highly recommend

Description of Work: Clean windows and power wash the building. Our building did not come thoroughly clean through no fault of Thompson Touch. They came back in good faith a 2nd time using other chemicals in an attempt to get the stains deeply set through years of poor maintenance out. Significant improvement but it's difficult to restore something to brand new if you don't care for it along the way. A credit was issued to offset this which was more than fair.

Description of Work: I purchased a $249 exterior powerwashing special and they were very responsive, during my conversation with them I let them know I needed to have my gutters done first and they made me a deal, we scheduled the work and they completed both quickly and well. The house looks great!
