They took there time and did a nice job, protected my floors with shoe covers

They came and power washed my house and also washed my skylight window for an extra fee. They did a very good job and accomplished it in a fairly short amount of time. I would certainly recommend their work.

Very well. After the estimate was done, we scheduled a date for work to be performed. I had to cancel but another date was soon scheduled. They were professional, had proper equipment, arrived on time and were efficient. They trimmed the necessary branches with thought, not just "butchering" like some tree companies do. We were very happy with their work.

Un Fortunately right off the bat there was a lot of confusion with the scheduling and therefore the person that was initially assigned to the home never showed we did rectify this with a Ruben as far as the work that was performed we were pleased as far as the scheduling we were not pleased

I submitted an order for window cleaning of 10 windows at $129.00. However, I was billed for $258.00. I informed the vendor of the overcharge and await a response.

The work went very well, however, not all stains could be removed. We were pleased with the professionalism of the crew, and understood that they did the best work possible under the circumstances.

Fairly thorough job. Asked for our inspection before leaving, where we found a few areas to be redone.

It wasn't bad. It wasn't 100% because wiping the sills wasn't quite as thorough as I would have hoped. I had an additional 4 windows done. I have nothing to compare it to. I don't know what window cleaning normally costs. It was affordable for me. The thing that I have problems with is the sills. Other than the sills they were fine. I am not sure I would use them again. I would have to think about that very closely and see what else is out there because I am looking at the sills and they did the major part of the sills but in the corners dirt had collected and that's still there. I have to go with something to get the dirt out and then clean it out. Frankly that is a royal pain. Basically what I have to do is take something like a flat head screwdriver to scrap the stuff out. This is the sills outside. I just don't know how professionally it would be done. I can tell you for me to do it I have to take a flat head screwdriver, scrap the dirt out and then take a cloth that's wet and wash it. I had assumed that that was part of what the service was going to entail. That they were going to clean the whole sill. They cleaned the major part of it, but not the corners.

The crew arrived on time. They did a fair job of cleaning the windows, but they could have done better. The attention to detail was lacking. Used a coupon for the service. I might hire them again, but would have to supervise their work carefully.

Because of a hospital visit I had to reschedule my window cleaning. The owner Danielle was very wonderful and communicative and even squeezed me in on A same day appointment The gentleman that came were professional courteous and did a great job. I would definitely rehire them again.

Nice personable operator...arrived ahead of schedule (as opposed to other companies who routinely arrive late! Explained what he was going to do and on our OK set up and started work. Results were excellent....overall appearance was above expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future.

I purchased the company's $139 window cleaning special. When I called to schedule the service, the woman I spoke with was friendly and personable. Scheduling a date and time convenient for me was very easy. The two guys who performed the service arrived a few minutes late, but within the half hour. They were professional and personable. They completely cleaned up after themselves. My Windows and screens look terrific! I would use them again.

Bought the $199 comprehensive window cleaning Big Deal (covered 20 windows) plus had an additional 15 windows cleaned. Man complaints about the quality of the service incluiding: Arrived 45 minutes late without a courtesy call Did not clean windows sills as instructed until my wife pointed it out Left drip marks on the interior walls Did not bring their own ladder - borrowed ours Moved blinds/curtains and did not return to original position when done Overall unprofessional behavior Basically my wife had to follow the workers around the house and point out all of the things they weren't doing or were doing incorrectly. My wife called immediately following to voice concerns and did not receive a call back. Would not recommend or use again.

Windows were clean. But Sills were still dirty. Guy came late but informed of the same. Overall work is ok but not 100% clean. Left couple of cleaning rags behind.

I have waited for almost 6 weeks to write this review as I was waiting for a window they broke to be returned. However was told by Angie's List to write it and it may spot the contractor to complete the promised repair of a very large storm window. They were late...but as it was their first week in operation after winter perhaps that was the reason. The two young men were great and completed all work. The only issue is when they tried to put the large storm window back they tried to force it and it cracked. The told me it would be approx 1 week till it was returned. 10 days later I contacted them and again was told it would be one week. Another 10 days...another week. So they said on the 23rd another week and blamed their installer, they had to order the glass as its large etc. One other note. I am surprised the young men did not wear those slip on booties. When they washed the outside they used a sprayer that creates water dripping on the ground creating mud which they proceeded to bring mud in the house. Took about a week to find it all and vacuum it up. You?d think they notice mud on the shoes. All of that said I paid a little more per window in some cases...including the large storm but I didn?t have a problem with the overall price...Which was approx $300. plus..I did leave some windows out as the cost was getting up there. In a live i 2700 sq ft Center Hall colonial...So you can figure out the approx. cost for yourself. My windows got cleaned...and except for being strung along about the window...whichI still don?t have i...the work was performed as expected...Mud and all.
