Description of Work: I pre-ordered one of the Angie's List deals for power washing my home. They were supposed to arrive at 8am but did not get there till 9:30 and somehow finished a two story home in under 45 min. I unfortunately was not home but my husband was and they left before they even spoke to someone to see if the job was done satisfactorily. When I came home I saw they did not do the porch or the steps and when I called the woman said the deal was only for the 4 exteriors walls of the house and it would be another $100 for them to come back and do the small portion of the porch. Totally not worth the money. Will never buy one of those deals again.

Description of Work: Well they got to the house at the set time, they had a truck with four(4) ladders witch never came down from the truck, I have a bi level house, they did everything from the ground,the window frames were not been touch until I questioned, then a rag was run somewhat on the lower windows, at the end the person in charged was trying to tell me why I was not getting abetter job, My windows (glass)were too old??, when they left I guess the windows were still kind of wed and I didn't notice, but two days later I notice that the dirt had just been move around and now they look worse, to me it sounds like they saw me coming, a military retiree(68 years old and Hispanic), Anyway I already went to Home Depot and bought some cleaning solution to get on the ladder and do them my self when the weather gets a little better, My 79 year old neighbor across the street who's grandson is a detective with the Prosecutors Office told me I should complain about it, but I said No I will added to life experiences and then go from there, at no moment are my intentions to get anyone into any trouble, but just though it should be mention. |* I like to mention that while my water supply was hook up to the truck, there was more water going on the street than what was been used, they say the water will come out cleaner that way for a better job???. | |Well you all have a nice day now. | |Sincerely | |E Roman
