Description of Work: Interior and exterior windows and software house washing

Description of Work: they washed windows on two of my beach houses. Were to arrive at 8 a.m. and arrived at 3 p.m., When I asked if they would also be cleaning the window sills inside, they said yes. However, inside sills were mostly left dirty. In addition, they left one window and screen (still dirty) on the floor of the laundry room, apparently in a rush to leave. Because I could not put them back myself, I called (several times) to ask that they come back to replace the window and screen. They did not respond at all! I had to ask my handyman to come and replace the screen and window ($40). I have used this company in the past, and was mostly satisfied. This was a terrible disappointment, very unprofessional, unresponsive, and did not deliver what they said they would deliver. Anyone who uses this service must monitor it carefully to ensure that work is done correctly and thoroughly--once they leave, it will be too late!

Description of Work: They did a decent job, but I had to remove the storm windows and clean them all myself. The "special" was 10 windows for $139 but they never mentioned that that if you have storm windows, they charge DOUBLE. I was quite annoyed not to find that out till they were already here. It wasn't mentioned in the deal offer , nor when they scheduled the service with me. So essentially, it wasn't a deal at all. I can get the windows cleaned including the storms for less than $28 per window. Other than that the workers did a decent job, some streaking, but I fixed cuz I was cleaning the storms myself anyway.

Description of Work: They did a decent job of power washing but it was pouring when they did it so made a bit of a mess. After doing further research, price I paid was only ok, not as good as I thought.

Description of Work: They spray washed the concrete around my in ground swimming pool. This is always a very time consuming job when I do it. The individual who came was very nice and although initially he had a problem with the spray washer he did a great job.

Description of Work: This is the fourth time I have used Thompson. They wash my windows twice a year and power wash the deck each spring. They arrive on time, call to confirm, are very professional and friendly, do a great job and move any furniture I am unable to move first.

Description of Work: Power washed house, deck, patio, garage, driveway, 3 sets of stairs and retaining wall, washed windows interior and exterior. I was very pleased with the whole process...response to my initial request was prompt, walk thru and quote was done quickly and professionally, questions answered and scheduling done to my satisfaction. 2-man team showed up on time for day of work, worked diligently to get everything done. Very satisfied with workmanship and the results, which exceeded my expectations!

Description of Work: Power washing killed my hydrangeas. Service provider sprayed water to rinse some plants but missed this big creeping hydrangea. I think there should be more explanation about chemicals used and how to prep for it, warning neighbors in close houses....

Description of Work: Purchased one of the "specials"...concrete patio and sidewalk power washing. We were very pleased with the results. They were punctual and did a complete job. Some planters too heavy for us to lift were moved. We didn't expect that, but were grateful. Most of the areas where dirt splashed on the house were cleaned, but not all. Nothing to fuss about. Overall, we were exceedingly pleased with the professional results. Much better than when we tried to do it ourselves. ;-)
