We're very well satisfied. It was a good price and they performed a good service. They're also good at chandeliers that they washed. They're very efficient and did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

The two guys were a little late, but called to say they would be. They did a great job on the windows, removing things that were on the sills and furniture in front of the windows, then replacing everything at the end. The job included six French doors as well as some windows. All were sparkling clean at the end. They power-washed a section of the driveway that had moss growing on it, and included the front porch and walk as well - very nice touch. I thought they did a great job, and I'll be calling them again, since I have a lot more windows to do.

It was great. They were terrific. They got the windows cleaned. They cleaned up whatever little mess they made promptly. Anytime my wife pointed out they missed a spot, they promptly redid it. It was a special through Angie's List. We didn't shop for pricing.

They showed up on time, estimated the additional cost of the job and got right to work. I felt the additional charge was not cheap but reasonable. They worked quickly, were pleasant and businesslike. I was very pleased with their work.

The technicians from Thompson Touch did a fabulous job on our home. The gutters and soffits were so dirty and dingy and now they are clean and bright. They look like the day they were installed. The windows have never been so clean. They sparkle. The workers were prompt and very professional. They explained each step and even suggested problem areas which needed attention. I am extremely happy with the work. They are top-notch in my book. I highly recommend them.

The phone number we were given was for Josh Thompson, who I assumed was the owner. I spoke with him, and made arrangements for them to clean the windows on a Wednesday. He said he had to check with the scheduler, whose name is Jill. He called back and said that it would be fine. At 11:00 in the morning on Wednesday, I spoke with Josh. He said he hadn’t spoken with the Jill yet. He gave me her number and I called and scheduled it for Saturday. He said he could power wash the house for $300, which I thought was a bit high. He said he’d do my shed and awning as well for that price. Because of the scheduling issue, they said they’d power wash around my pool as well. Josh showed up on Saturday, and he power washed around the awning and the pool. As he was finishing, he came up to the door and I told him he needed to do the front porch as well. He came in to do the inside of the windows, and I noticed that a bird had made a mess on one of the screens, and I assumed Josh would clean it again, which he did not. I noticed he had not washed the front porch, as there were cobwebs everywhere. I proceeded to pay him the $300 check. The next day, I went out front and noticed that the power wash was a disaster. The back looked fine, but the front was awful. The downspouts weren’t cleaned, there was dirt everywhere. I called the company and spoke to them and told the Jill of my issues. She said they’d come back to correct the mistakes. They called and rescheduled for the next day, after they missed the previous appointment. The next day, Mattie showed up with someone else. Mattie cleaned up the windows that needed to be cleaned. He apologized and did a great job fixing their mistakes.

I purchased window cleaning services as an Angies List Big Deal and added on the power washing when they arrived. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly (within 1 week) and confirmed the day before. They showed up a bit late but I work from home so it wasn't an issue. 2 workers were here for a few hours. The house looked great afterwards.

Thompson was able to schedule me right away and when an earlier time became available, called me and we rescheduled at a more convenient time. The technicians were right on time, very friendly and professional - they did a great job! They moved furniture away from the windows and moved and replaced other items. I was REALLY happy!

The company informed me they do not do windows that have storm windows. Therefore I am seeking a refund from Angie's List.

We recieved a "Back to School" flyer in the mail from the firm. The price seemed right inline with what other companies were charging. Since we were unable to see out our windows we decided to give them a call to schedule. The scheduling process was quick and easy and they arrived on time the day of the appointment. The staff cleaned our windows both inside and out and cleaned the window screens. The windows looked great we noticed a huge difference. Our only complaint was that they forgot to put back two screens and there were some streaks on a few windows. Other then that the firm was quick, enthusiastic, and professional. We will be having them comeback after the winter to give our windows another scrub.

Their work was a little hurried and sloppy. They are not very careful about the splashing the water in the house, so I had to clean up some water on the floor and furniture when they were finished. Their pricing is good and they are nice guys.

I was very happy with there service overall. The crew was very personable and professional. They were on time to the job and did what they were supposed to do. I really felt like I got a fair value and quality work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They washed a large complex window - 8 feet by 10 feet made up of 3 large crankout windows and 6 small crankout windows. They washed 4 large kitchen windows and storm windows and they washed a wall of glass with glass doors leading to my deck.They did a nice job, few streaks, and did not leave a mess. I did have to point out some areas to fix, but they were cooperative and did clean these areas properly after they were pointed out.

Very well. Josh showed up on time. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again.
