They did a nice job, nice group of professional folks. Only criticism is that they arrived an hour earlier of the scheduled time and woke me out of bed, but really not a big deal. I highly recommend.

Not so well they did not finish their project and did not return to finish it after they got paid!!!!!! I would not recommend him and didn't even return a phone call.they also forgot to seal the windows once they were done so of course when the storm came all window popped open.

They did an especially good job removing a stain left by a large rhododendron bush we recently moved away from the house. Great work all around.

I bought an Angie List coupon. The price was as advertised, no gimmicks or hidden fees. The phone experience booking the job was smooth, transparent and clear to understand. This vendor did what was promised at a price below any other quote I got. I would definitely call them in the future for another home washing, or window cleaning or whatever else they do. Good job.

They were awesome. They were on time. There was a little miscommunication about the number of windows but in the end it worked out.

They sent me and email telling me to call. I tried to contact them and they didn't answer and there was no voicemail.

He and his team made everything very simple for us, while meeting the tight deadline we had to get the work completed in. They cleaned 10 windows as per the deal. They were prompt and courteous. The offered to bring screen cleaner when they come back in the spring.

I was able to set a date for cleaning our 50+ home windows during my first phone call. The two man crew arrived on time and explained how they were going to proceed with the work. They carefully moved aside personal items and used drop clothes to protect floors from screens that were set aside while windows were cleaned. They completed the work efficiently and took time to explain problems unbeknownst to me about a few of our windows. The crew leader walked through the house after all windows had been cleaned, and further cleaned a few spots that he felt needed more attention. I will definitely use this service again.

They scheduled the service promptly and worked in a great professionalism. I'm very satisfied with their services, and would recommend to everyone. The house looks great and like new!!!

Everyone from the person scheduling to the guys that did the work were super friendly and responsive. The work was completed as scheduled and to my satisfaction.

The deal was for the cleaning of 10 windows for $139. My windows have storm windows, and after speaking with the provider, I learned that those types of windows (although very common) are not included in the deal. The fine print said that "certain window exclusions apply". I think you need to be more specific, and state that storm windows are extra. In fact, the provider indicated that each window with a storm window counts as 2 windows for purposes of the deal.

Arrived on time, 1 did the outside and 1 did the inside- they still look great. Very professional and courteous.

Donald and Harvey arrived 5 minutes early to the appointment. Donald went around the house with us and got the job specifics. The two guys then split the work between them. They were both very polite, well mannered and professional. They took care with our windows and did a nice job cleaning them. I noticed that they take safety seriously, as they used a ladder to access upstairs windows, one would hold the ladder steady and they worked together. Before they left, we also got a cost estimate for gutter whitening and roof cleaning, something that we may think of doing in the Spring. In all, we were very pleased with the work done and would hire them again the next time we need cleaning.

They did a great professional job. The workers were efficient, professional, polite and I couldn't have asked for better service. In 2 hours they cleansed 27 windows inside and out and everything looks terrific. It's a little pricey but worth it.

Got this through an Angie's Big Deal. Seemed reasonable for the amount of square footage. I gave them an "A" for punctuality for scheduling me a day earlier and showing up an hour early! I could not get home in time to close a few windows but they took care and power washed around the windows. Some water got into one of the rooms but it was only a few drops. Was so impressed hired them to come back and do the windows. The house does look cleaner and it just in time for a lot of family coming in for a visit. Would definitely recommend them.

The service went very well. They did exactly what the deal stated. Two technicians came out for the job and cleaned about 10 windows. They completed the service in about 2 hours. They were very polite and personable. The windows looked much nicer after they were cleaned. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.
