They arrived within the timeframe that we scheduled and they seemed to get the carpets as clean as they could get. They didn't break anything, but I think it was sheer luck because they certainly didn't seem to be very careful with the hoses, etc. Also, I wasn't at all impressed with the level of professionalism one of the men displayed during the process. The gentleman who was in charge kept trying to upsell me on services and when they were just about done, he sat down at my kitchen table and helped himself to one of our magazines instead of calling me over to pay the bill. Then, he asked if I had any sodas or bottled water or anything that I could give them for their ride home.

Ill tell you, Stanley Steamer has never let me down. They are thorough about the services they provide and the people they send out take directions well. The prices are fair and they run specials frequently. That is enough to keep me more than satisfied.

I can honestly say I have never had a problem with Stanley Steamer and they have always done marvelous work for me. I think they are great quite frankly. They do the job and do it right the first time. They clean to my level of satisfaction and charge pretty good prices.

They are everything that you can hope for in a carpet cleaning company. The even removed a rather stubborn water stain from my old washing machine.

Very professional service. They arrived 20 minutes early. They showed care for my property and were happy to accommodate all requests regarding the moving of furniture. Carpet looked 100% better when they were finished.

Very satisfied with the work that was done. Would utilize their services again.

THEY MOVED ALL OF THE FURNITURE AND PUT IT BACK WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY GOT ALL OF THE STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. THEY WERE FINISHED IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

STANLEY STEAMERS WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID GOOD WORK. HOWEVER, I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A DISCOUNT FOR GETTING BOTH MY FURNITURE AND CARPETS CLEANED AND WHEN I GOT THE BILL, THE DISCOUNT WAS NOT ON THERE. AFTER I CALLED THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND PERFORMED HIGH QUALITY WORK ON OUR CARPETS. THEIR PRICES WERE GOOD AND THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. WE REALLY LIKED OUR EXPERIENCE WITH STANLEY STEAMER.

IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD SAY THEIR PRICES ARE NORMAL FOR THE WORK THEY DO. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM SO FAR. I REALLY LIKE THEIR SERVICE.

OVERALL, THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND DID HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL THE STAINS WERE GONE.

THEY DID WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A BIT SLOPPY WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE JOB. BUT OVERALL THEY DID CLEAN THE CARPETS WELL. NEXT TIME I WILL TRY SOMEONE ELSE FOR A COMPARISON.

THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE TO CLEAN AND MOVED IT BACK WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE WAY THAT THE CARPETS LOOK. THEY GOT RID OF ALL THE STAINS.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE ALSO.

THEIR WORK IS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB FOR ME. THEY DO THE WORK QUICKLY AND THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR EXPERIENCE WITH STANLEY STEAMER. WE THOUGHT THE WORK WAS DONE WELL AND THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR A FUTURE JOB.

I LIKE A COMPANY THAT IS PUNCTUAL OR AT LEAST CALLS YOU TO INFORM YOU THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE RUGS. WE HAVE USED THEM TWICE BEFORE.

I WOULD TELL OTHERS TO CALL THEM IF THEY NEED THAT KIND OF WORK. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE. I THOUGHT THE GUYS WHO CAME WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A THOROUGH JOB.
