It was a Saturday evening, and Mike returned my call in about 30 minutes. He arrived within 90 minutes and was done in 45 minutes. I had called 2 other services and no one got back to me. His price was more than reasonable, especially on a weekend - after hours. I will call him again in the future. Highly recommended.

I'm really impressed with these guys! They showed up 20 minutes after I called, on the Friday after Thanksgiving. They were very careful about protecting and keeping the home clean. They got right to work and stayed until the job was done. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, and I would absolutely use them again.

We are very satisfied with overall works. They are very professional and fixed all our above issues, and also they cleaned up all the mess after repairs. Jake & Lou came on Oct 5 came an hour late because they have a difficult sewer issue in their previous job. Jake changed the faucet in the front lawn and replaced the water filter for the refrigerator while Lou replaced the valve with in-line ball valve. Another appointment was made for Oct 11, but Ken?s plumbing called on Oct 8 in the morning that if I was available they would come that day, and Jake & Paul showed up at 9:30 AM. Paul replaced the 3 feets of galvanized and the p-trap to a bigger pipe. Jake replaced the 3 handle showers faucet, replaced the cartridge of the bathroom sink faucet, also fixed the valve of the hot water and snaked the drainage of bathtub. We are so glad now because the hot water flows from the bathroom sink faucet. Also for several years the drain in the bathtub was very slow and now it flows quickly. After they left, several days later I found out there was a small leak underneath the bathroom cabinet. When I called Ken?s Plumbing on 10/11 in the morning, they sent Paul and another guy (sorry I forgot his name). He checked the leak and fixed it and no more leak since then

They were punctual, professional and thorough. There was a small problem with one of the repairs and they made it right. Their price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to use these folks again.

They came very promptly. They were her for a half an hour tops and it cost me a $139. It appears that they fixed the issue. They do give a 30 day guarantee.

Ken's Plumbing performed a water jet service, clearing and checking storm drain pipe away from house. They resolved an issue that had been plaguing us for years where we would accumulate a siginificant pool of water whenever there was any rain. After offering me two possible solutions during the estimate, they presented in a manner that appeared honest and straightforward.After the work was done, I asked for another quick evaluation on a very old Moen shower valve cartridge that was no longer working and was seized within the pipe. Plumbers Mike and Paul had difficulty at first but persisted to resolve this stubborn and nagging plumbing problem.They finished very quickly and did not dawdle at all. Most importantly, Mike and Paul FIXED two issues where other plumbers provided insanely inflated and ultimately wrong solutions. Two previous plumbers gave estimates for replacing the entire storm drain pipe and did not even offer the solution that Ken's plumbers did. For the Moen cartridge replacement, a previous plumber gave an estimate of over $1000 because he could not get the cartridge out himself.This is an example of the quality of professionals out there - Ken's Plumbing is certainly a diamond in the rough. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised and relieved that they were able to fix these issues without hassle. I would definitely recommend Ken's if Mike and Paul are examples of the type of work they do.

I called the township.They had done business with this firm before. They (the township)said " the plumber should have called them first". The township looked in the pipe and showed me there was no clog. The sewer runs slowly because it's gravity that dictates the flow of the waste. Since the pitch is slight, it takes longer to drain. I am not a happy camper. I also used a coupon from Angies list website. They looked at me like I was crazy. They said " I never saw this before"

They were very good. They have almost always come right away after I call them. They don't try to find more wrong than what I call them for. I will continue to use their services in the future.

When I called Michael answered the phone himself and said he would be here shortly. He sure was. He got to work right away and diagnosed out exactly where the back up was coming from. He got the snake out and did his thing. He ran it twice for about 40 minutes to ensure the line was clear. He was a consummate professional. Considering the time of night (11pm) that was great. I called several companies on Angie's List and got no response from almost all. One other called back, but openly said he did not want to come out at 11 at night. How's that for emergency service?

I should have saved my money wasted on chemicals snake etc. about $100 and just called Kens first. Do not waste your money or time call the pros

One of my toilets was continuously draining water and the shut off valve broke. As I am first time home buyer I didnt know much about plumbers and called around the ones with good ratings in Angies list. Ken's Plumbing were the only ones available on that day so I asked them to come. Their office staff are courteous and responded to my call and set up an appointment immediately. They called 15 minutes before the appointment but the crew showed up 45 minutes late. May be it was my mistake to not ask for a free estimate but upon reaching they immediately started working and replaced the shutoff valve and the pipe connecting to the toilet. They also replaced the shutoff valve in other bathroom but did not have additional pipe in stock. Overall I am OK with experience but little dissappointed that they didnt let me know its gonna cost $200 for replacing 2 valves and a pipe before starting the work. I will think twice before calling them again unless its an emergency.

First time customer that will surely use their service again. The company's service representatives were professional, friendly, informative and helpful. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the phone representative was friendly and polite. The crew showed up on time as scheduled, performed the work efficiently and effectively and cleaned up after they completed the job. The crew answered all of my questions and explained the process of the sewer cleaning to me as they performed their work. I will surely use their services again in the future if/when I need it.

The person making the appointment was courteous and helpful. They arrived when they said they would and were very courteous. The house is over 50 years old and does not have the exterior access that newer one's do. This has meant that when this had to be done I had to pay for using extra long cables for doing the job. The recommendation always was to install the outside access which would cost over $2,000. They showed me how to solve the problem for $20. When they finished, they cleaned up so well that you would not know they had been here and done the work.

They guys came and did a terrific job opening up a clogged main sewer line. They had some difficulty with the work at first b/c the set up in the house was unlike other homes. They worked until they got the job done. Even though the work took a little longer than they expected, they kept to the estimate that was given. They were extremely professional. I would definitely use them again.

During the house inspection, the inspector told me that I'd better have the sewer line looked at; he thought there was a problem with it but it would have to be looked at from the inside. Aaron's Sewer was recommended by friends who had had them do similar jobs in the neighborhood. They were great, came on time, got it done, and ended up saving us the cost of the service by showing that the pipe was nearly totally blocked. Also completed treatment to keep plant growth from creeping back into line.

I HAVE USED CASPER PLUMBING AND HEATING ON SEVERAL JOBS AND I AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEM. THEIR PRICES ARE COMPARABLE WITH OTHER COMPANIES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
