Description of Work: Despite confirming with their rep that they can detect smell, while on premises, they did nothing. No testing instrument/nothing. Just tried to smell (which I could do as well), that also with one person having allergies. spent few minutes moving here and there, and declared no smell. They declined to wear shoes cover (though in past other plumbing companies did). When spoke to their rep again, they refunded some cost of original contract. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: I used Ken's to clear a stubborn sewer clog in the line between my sidewalk and the main in the street. It was about as good a consumer experience as I could imagine - Mike Casper, the owner, was professional, courteous - worked to save me money on the job...and really is an artist at his trade. A+++ all the way.

Description of Work: I was very satisfied with the plumbing services that were provided. Two young men came and evaluated the problem and then confirmed their evaluation with another older gentleman I assumed was their dad. After my approval, the work was done competently, quickly and the problem has not returned. In fact, I referred them to my friend just this week and she was satisfied also.

Description of Work: My carbon monoxide alarm went off and seemed my boiler needed to be serviced. I called KEN'S PLUMBING, AARON SEWER, CASPER HEATING, they scheduled to come that day and showed up on within the time they specified. These guys were knowledgeable and professional and got the job done. I would call them if I needed service in the future.

Description of Work: Fixed hot water pipe leak by replacing piping and multiple fittings in a very tight space. They were busy so it took them a bit of time to show up. Excellent job.

Description of Work: I had a backed up drain. They were very responsive, they came out and snaked it. It worked for a couple of days and then same issue. This time, they were just as responsive, came back without complaint and fixed the issue permanently. No questions asked, no additional charges.

Description of Work: New 50 gallon water heater. The way my basement is setup I needed a vented water heater, not standard which is why the price was considerably higher. I did shop around and it was more reasonably priced. They did quality work and cleaned up after. Very happy with the work and would use them again if ever need more work.

Description of Work: The office answered the phone and call multiple time to confirm time of arrival. 2 men arrived and were very courteous. They found the leak quick, worked efficiently, and replaced corroded drain pipe behind the kitchen draws. Excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I had a blocked drain and had a company come out they could not resolve the problem and I was told that they would have to jack hammer my floor out to fix it for several thousand dollars. i called ken's to get a second opinion and they came out analyzed the situation and after trying acouple of different angles to get to the problem they managed to fix it without ripping my house apart. the 2 guys were very informative and professional. we will use ken's for all future plumbing needs
