Great. He arrived in 20 minutes, fixed the door in 15 minutes and gave me a 30 day guarantee.

I had emailed him photos of my door and he arrived on time and quickly finished the job at a reasonable price.

He was fast and efficient. He is flexible and not pushy. He is nice. It took him about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the job.

It was great. He was extremely knowledgeable, so he presented me with many options. My concern after a nearby break- in was safety and top quality locks. He did not try and take advantage as i was eager to get the highest price lock but he spoke to me about the benefits of all. I of course went with the high end lock, but it was money well spent. My doors are super secure and he even offered to come back and add something on my back door at minimal cost. Overall i was in the company of a good man who clearly cared about the needs of his client. I will definitely keep him as my "locksmith" and refer him with ease. he showed up in accordance with what we discussed. there was a time range. he came late in that range but called me a couple of times with progress, and also gave me a choice of coming the following morning. he was leaving on vacation but agreed he would fix it before he left. he was pleasant, professional, and fairly priced. a little pricey but once again, as expected. truly, no surprised. i was pleased with the service and would use jack again. i would also recommend him to others. his truck is a shop on wheels which means he can do most jobs on single trip since he has everything with him.

I had to keep changing the time of the appointment due to a developing situation with the (outgoing) tenant and Jack was very flexible and understanding, and worked with me. Needless to say the quality of the workmanship was good. (I've used him before).

He did very well. In fact, I referred him to my niece. He was very honest. I asked him about a lock for a slider door and then rather than just put one on, he told me that the lock on the door was a good one and just to get a piece of wood to put in the track. He came when I called. We made the appointment, he showed up. He called me right back.

I called Jack late on Saturday. He arrived on time on Monday to replace the door knob. He showed various options and gave pricing. Installed my choice promptly and made sure I understood the operation (slightly different than prior one). He even made sure the deadlock above on the door worked properly. I called Jack to make the appointment about two weeks in advance so I could have the locks changed over within hours of closing on the house. Jack was able to accomodate my schedule and arrived early. Jack removed the existing dead bolts and knobs from the two main doors. He replaced them with modern locking systems that were up to my old Bronx standard. My choice of hardware made up the bulk of the cost. Jack was meticulous with the installation and dedicated the required time to make sure the new hardware fit properly, functioned smoothly and looked great. This was no easy task, as it required the skills of a locksmith, carpenter and sculpter all rolled into one.

Very well, Jack was able to get here a bit early, which worked great for me (called ahead first to check). He was nice, professional, and got the job done quickly and with quality.

He did not try to "sell" me on anything. He listened to all of my concerns and came up with creative solutions that were cost effective. He is a very honest person. I couldn't remember if a particular thing was included in the price and it was not written in my notes so he could have charged extra but he looked at his own notes and said yes it was included. I recommend him highly.

Jack was on time and very professional. We discussed the locks in question and I opted to increase the order and freshen up the whole shebang. Jack was very prepared, had all the tools and locks necessary in his possession and he was able to communicate the major and minor differences very effectively to me as a lay person. it was a good experience from the very start. The owner called immediately, came by the house quickly, evaluated the problem, came back when he promised with the right part, and only charged for one visit.

Called for an emergency locksmith to unlock keys in my car. He was quick (less than 45 minutes) and professional! Would definitely use again.
