We set up an appointment quickly, Jack came on time, fixed the problems and did the work in about 45 minutes, made sure we were happy with the results, and charged a very reasonable price. He was cheerful and friendly. For this sort of problem, we would now not call anyone else.

One of my workers locked his keys in his truck (doesn't have a smart key). Contacted Jack and fortunately he was available immediately. Jack opened the truck easily and retrieved the keys. Excellent affordable service.

Jack was great. He responded immediately and was able to come the same day for a fair price. He discussed with me what he was going to do and explained how to use everything. He even fixed a problem with my front door knob that I mentioned. Nice guy. I highly recommend him.

Good, he arrived 1/2 hour earlier I don't know why. but so did i. He over charged to replace an existing lock that could not be re-keyed. I could have purchased the same lock in home depot for 15 dollars less. But i was glad he had one so instead of wasting time I told him to install it. If he would have given me a brake on the price i would have rated him "A" in all categories.

I had multiple doorhandles/locks, deadbolts, and a security peephole installed. Jack was on time, friendly, courteous, & knowledgeable. The price may not have been a "bargain" but it was well worth it.

It went great. I called shorty after 7:30 am to just find out if they could do it and approximately what it would cost. Jack quoted me what I felt was a fair price and told me he could come by this morning. He showed up on time a couple of hours later, completed the installation and cleaned up completely when he was done. Jack is personable and professional and I will certainly call him if I’m in need of a locksmith in the future.

We had lost the keys to our back door so I was hoping to have the locks re-keyed, however my back door lock was a little shaky. Jack recommended replacing with better lock and gave several options and prices to choose from. Jack also re-keyed the bolt lock so we only need one key for both locks. Work was efficient and done well. My back door is now steady and secure! I requested quotes for my front door as I will be calling Jack back to replace that lock as well. I was very pleased with Jack's work.

Jack responded to my email over the weekend quickly and actually performed the work today. He replaced my front door lock with a key pad deadbolt. He also rekeyed another deadbolt on another door. and replaced two old passive locks. Jack was there on the dot of 8am and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The job went quickly and he gave me instruction for the key pad locking and unlocking process. He told me to call him right away if I ever have trouble with any of his work. I definitely recommend Jack.
