IT went great! Jack came at short notice at the exact time he said he will be there. He walked us through the house discussing all the doors and options. He took his time without any pressure. HE was very informative and very nice man.

We called Jack after closing on our new home and he was able to come the very next morning to change the locks, change door hardware, and cut new keys for us. He was very upfront about the costs for all the items. Service was quick and professional. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a locksmith.

Jack was punctual, professional and thorough in dealing with our door lock. He is a real pleasure to work with. In an earlier visit, he had specified the replacement materials needed, which we ordered and had waiting for him. He had everything else that he needed with him and made adjustments and several small repairs that came up during the job. He was very professional and pleasant throughout. We were delighted with his work.

I never saw the guy. My childcare provider was home when he came. He was very responsive through the Angies list email. He showed up the next day, on time. Was very nice to my nanny. Left an invoice for me and I stuck a check in the mail the next day. Locks work great! Zero hassle. 100% satisfaction. Competitive price. Thats what I like.

My husband and I just closed on our first house yesterday. I called jack the day before and he was very accommodating when booking the appointment on short notice. He gave me a time frame of when he would arrive and he showed up on time. He was very pleasant and friendly. We then went through quickly what we were looking for and he gave us a very reasonable quote before he even started. We bought a new front door handle set from Home Depot because our current one was ugly and small. He install it on our front door very quickly and went the extra step of chiseling out the door and jam to make it fit properly and so the door no longer was a struggle to open and close. He also replaced the deadbolt on our back door and re-keyed everything to be on the same key as requested. He made sure to take great care of our house and floor when having his tools out. He even came prepared with a broom and dustpan and cleaned up all of the shavings from the door and left our house very clean. He was a pleasure to meet and do business with. He was very friendly and courteous, especially with our small dogs who were barking at him. He was finished up pretty quickly too! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

He was very friendly and professional. Arrived when he said he would. Gave me an estimate. Reviewed the various lock options and the prices of each. He worked very quickly and when he was finished he completely cleaned up the mess he made, which was minimal. Overall, it was a very pleasant, positive experience. I lost my garage door key and thought the entire lock needed to be replaced. I searched Angies List and found Jack's Locksmith, LLC , called and received fast reliable same day service. The lock did not need to be replace which saved me a few dollars, I only needed rekeying of the lock. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again.

Jack was extremely professional and helpful. He was interested in solving my problem, even if it meant focusing on connecting a door to a doorframe, rather than working on a lock. I appreciated his flexibility! I emailed him pictures of my bathroom door issues so when he arrived, he had everything he needed and was able to fix everything all at once. I mentioned wanting a keypad lock, but I wasn't sure. He showed up with one just in case (which I wound up buying). His truck was like a Mary Poppins bag. Whatever issue he encountered, he had a solution in his truck. The best part was the training on how to use the new lock. He was a very patient, clear teacher. He dealt with everything quickly, carefully, and even cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call him again in the future!

Excellent. Jack came by the same day and solved the root cause of the reason the lock kept breaking, gave additional advice about door installation AND actually made a piece to repair the lock on the spot.

Scheduled Jack to come and change the locks on my new home, he was prompt, professional, and did exactly what I needed quickly. He also pointed out a part that needed to be replaced in one of my locks as it was on it's last legs and had the part I needed right in his truck. We decided to change both the deadbolts and the doorknob locks on two doors as Jack discovered one lock was not properly locking (originally installed incorrectly by another company). We replaced both as we wanted it keyed all the same. We also had eight keys made up which he did right at our house. We would not have any hesitation to use Jack again as he was prompt, neat, and very professional.

The quality of job performed was fantastic. Installation and cleaning up after the work was immaculate. Very courteous and friendly person. Even taught me the basics and we chatted over a cup of tea after the work. Even though you may think 175 as high, considering the amount of work he did is very reasonable. Way to go, Jack!

Jack is very friendly and professional. When I couldn't answer his questions on the exact types of locks and the work that he had to do in the house, he didn't press further and said that he will come over to give the free estimate. Also he said that in case it is agreeable he can start the work right away and he usually has all the spare parts in his van. We liked the estimates and he got started right away and did a good job. Also, he was very patient in training us with the new lock and keys, giving spares etc. He also answered some general unrelated questions we had with the house. He said that any problem with any of the locks or with lost keys etc he will be available.

Came as scheduled and was able to unlock the door quickly. Also replaced the lock afterwards.

After moving into a new house Jack was able to accommodate my request for changing the locks working around my schedule. Jack was very knowledgeable and very efficient after inspecting my doors and was able to re-key my existing locks instantly making as many new keys as I needed. Jack also took the time to share security features for a new sliding glass door that I did not even realize yet. I would highly recommend Jack and will be using again for future needs.

My 38 year old house needed some door locks rekeyed. The locks were also not working very smoothly and I thought I would have to replace the locksets at a significant cost. When I made the initial phone call Jack answered right away (and answered every time that I called!). I gave him a quick run down of the services I was looking for and we immediately booked a time for him to come (24 hours later). Jack arrived on time and gave great advice as to what needed to be changed. He was very fast and was very nice!
