Excellent. Jack was at my house within 30 mins, even though he was far away. came right over to help my wife get back into the house. Price was exactly what estimate was over the phone. highly recommend.

The battery was the issue, as soon as I put in a new one, I was able to get into the safe. I appreciate the fact that I was given the advice free over the phone and as a result was able to save my safe's usefulness and of course several hundred dollars. I would definitey contact this company again if I need a locksmith and may in fact do so in the near future as I have been thinking about having new locks installed.

Jack came in assessed the problem, helped us get in contact with Andersen to order replacement part and then came back and installed it the day after the part arrived. Great service and follow through. Would definitely recommend Jack for lock smith work.

Jack was terrific. He did the work himself, quickly & efficiently. He advised me that it would cost me much less to re-key the locks rather than change them completely & then cut four sets of keys & tested them before he left.

Jack was very punctual and fixed the front door lock. But it was not working just right. I phoned him and he returned within the same day and did the correction. He was very professional and seemed to take pride in his work. He also recommended and installed a combination lock for our garage entrance. It works great. We are very happy with the result.

We love Jack! A few weeks after he replaced all our locks, I locked myself out of the house. I called him and he was at my door in under half an hour, and was able to get me back in without ruining the locks. He is friendly, professional, and does a great job.

The owner, Jack Rey, came out himself the same afternoon I called him. He gave me an estimate that was accurate and reasonable. He explained what he was doing and why throughout the process. His work was very satisfactory and very professional: I am very pleased with the job he did.

.He came the same afternoon that I contacted him, which was great. And he did the job right. I had a balky, very unreliable old lock that another locksmith had recently adjusted but that didn't fix the problem. After the first locksmith adjusted it, I was still often unable to unlock the door, even if I tried for 10 minutes to turn the key in the lock. Finally I called Jack who immediately saw that this lock was just too old, he said if he adjusted it I'd have a problem again very soon so it was better to replace it. I wish the first locksmith had recommended this. Paying 2 locksmiths to come out cost me about the same as if the first locksmith had diagnosed the problem correctly and sold me a new lock. Plus, my time!
