Description of Work: I ended up having a complicated situation. Jack ended up having to call different parts distributors and figuring out the appropriate kit for the job. It all worked out well.

Description of Work: Jack's Locksmith showed up on-time and was very professional. They changed all the locks in th back of the house to use one standard key. The front door is an electronic key combo lock door that JAck's was able to identify the model, call the manufacturer and reset the master password. Great job overall, reasonable prices and I'll use again when I need a professional locksmith.

Description of Work: Jack replaced a doorknob and lock that had completely frozen. He was on time and extremely helpful. He let me know at every step of the way where I could save money by making different choices. I'm glad to have a locksmith I can totally rely on!

Description of Work: Jack replaced the locks on four doors, three doors had two locks including a dead bolt lock. Work was completed quickly and he had the same key for all locks. He also gave us 6 keys. We are happy with the work and highly recommend Jack's Locksmith.

We ordered them and as soon as they arrived Jack was able to return promptly to install the hardware. He was courteous and had great follow through. Door lock/opening mechanism is good as new.

Description of Work: Before moving into our new house, we called Jack's Locksmith to change the locks, but after taking a look at them, told us we could re-key them instead, saving us a lot of money. Description of Work: They helped me back into my home after I (stupidly) locked myself out of my condo. The gentleman tried the least expensive way first, then did the next expensive way. When all else failed, he had to drill through the doorknob, but then told me how to replace just the one part in the least expensive manner myself. GREAT GUYS!!! (Hope I never need them again!)

Description of Work: I called for services late in the day. Jack answered the call and arranged to be there the next morning first thing. While Jack did provide the promised 10% discount per his Angie's Listing, I felt somewhat "nickled and dimed." It was extra to use a small ladder to reach one of the doors, each key was $1.50, and it was significantly extra to put a lock on the shed; that key could not be replaced at a reasonable cost-- the additional cost was greater than to put the lock on the shed. I was advised ahead of time of all of the extra charges, but felt i had no choice but to agree to get the job done. Jack was timely and a good communicator.
