I had absolutely no problems setting up an appointment with Jack's Locksmith to change the locks for our new house. We were able to make an appointment for a Saturday, so it wasn't necessary to take time off from work. Unfortunately, Jack lost my phone number, so there was a little bit of a communication issue, but when I called him again on the day of scheduled service, he was still able to come out to the house for the work. He completed all work in about an hour and he accepts credit cards, which is very convenient. I'm very pleased with Jack's service and I would use him again in the future.

He was scheduled to come at 5:30, but was able to to come much earlier. As stated above he replace two locks (one dead bolt) in the front door. Backdoor: Jacktightened the hinges, shaved the door (the door would stick in the summer) and replaced both locks. He was professsional, gave us options, explained what he was doing and cleaned up behind himself. I will definitely use his service again!

The locks are great. They work really well, and I love them. The only downside was that he charged me $10 to clean up his mess. I would still use him again, he did a very good job and the price was also very good. He was also very pleasant and did a good job.

I wanted a set of new locks and some additional locks for the new house I purchased and found Jack through Angie's List. Jack arrived right on time and did a good job in installing/fixing/replacing a set of locks/keys. He was very professional and explained all the work items he performed. Things I liked: 1. He also has a very friendly and helpful demeanor which never hurts. . I think he did a fair estimate on the pricing. I would definitely hire him again. Jack did an excellent job and you can tell he really knows what he is doing. He took our call personally (no answering machine for a change) and came to our home exactly when he said he would. He adivised us what we should purchase in advance and what options we had. He removed the old set and installed the new with minimal disruption, and even cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Jack was as professional as they come. He was on time and found my home on his own He clearly explained the service and the product and double checked with me at each step. He also went beyond the work he had to do and did extra- adding screws to straighten a door; shave the side off a post so that one door closed properly etc. He thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Jack was friendly, efficient, and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He offered me several alternatives for fixing a broken lock and actually recommended the least expensive alternative. I would definitely call him again for any kind of locksmith work.

I called one day. We set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly, told me what he was going to try and do. It took him less than 15 minutes. The keys work well and he was very pleasant to deal with.

John was called before noon and was at the house within 3-4 hours. He looked at our old doors from 1924 and respected our want to keep the original hardware but provide more security to the house. He showed me two options and that same day drilled 3 holes and installed 3 locks. He cleaned up all the saw dust and worked around the movers. John was professional and easy to talk to.

Well, it's too bad all of life doesn't work as smoothly as this transaction did. Jack was on time and gave me a written out detailed breakdown off all of my different options with prices broken out by parts and labor. Job was done quickly and professionally.
