Excellent! Quick response. Had a bad leak which was rotting wood underneath shingles. First Rate came immediately and put a tarp up on roof (even in the rain!), and fixed roof by the end of the week. Work was very clean. All workers worked very efficiently and were very polite.

He arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable His crew showed up on time. Had to quit and come back due to a lot of rain. They did a very good job. Definitely would hire again.

Vinnie has his crew did a great job. They were hardworking and clean up afterwards. I did not have to wait too long to get the multiple jobs done (chimney and mason work). Vinnie is very personable, helpful and explained the work to be done. I would recommend 1st Rate
