I called them on a Monday, the guys came out to inspect the chimney cover, which was totally rusted throughout. I was given a price on the spot and agreed to it. Two days later it was installed!!! What service and quality craftsmanship!!! I would highly recommend them for all your chimney repair needs, thank you.

I have looked at a couple of companies and compared what each and everyone has to offer. After careful consideration I decided to choose First Rate because I loved their customer service and they definitely seems knowledgeable and skilled. When the roof , gutter, and siding were completed it looks very nice. I am pleased with the outcome. As of right now I do not have any issue but since it is new it is too soon to tell. But I definitely would recommend this company to friends and families if they require any kind of works to be done.

First Rate came over to my house for chimney cleaning and they find out there is damage on my clay pipe.They reline my chimney in very short time.Guys were very professional and did really good job.
