Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition. After I sold the oil stored in my old oil tank, Horizon was out the very next day to cut up the tank, clean the inside of it, and haul it onto the driveway for inspection. Not a single drop of oil was spilled. They are that meticulous about their work. A shout out not only to the remarkably zenlike Ramon, but also to Robert, who patiently and respectfully dealt with an unnecessarily finicky inspector."

"If I could, I would give this horrible service provider a 0.0! I scheduled a plumbing appointment on a call, which was confirmed via multiple texts the day prior to the appt. Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

"I hired JMW & Co to pour a concrete slab for a pre-fab garage. From start to finish Justin was one of the best contractors I’ve worked with. He worked with me to plan it out. He then helped me out with getting the necessary building permit and twice met me at the township in the process. He also stopped by a few times when I had to change plans for zoning. Once the project began he and his crew excavated and prepared the site in one day. Once the township approved the site they poured the slab the next day and finished things up on the 3rd day. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and the quality of his crew’s work is as good as you’ll find. "Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part."
